Hotel staff is friendly, room is clean, comfortable.

The soundproofing isn't working. Neighbors around the hotel are playing karaoke until dawn. There's no exhaust in the toilet. Overall, it's okay (there's parking, the room is okay).

The tap water was off :( The sheets weren't clean, my body was covered in hives :( but luckily it was only for one night

Really good hotel in Semarang. Good quality, good service. The only issue is the rooster under the rooms in the morning and the masjid super close to the hotel, you will hear the imam moaning 5 times a day and trust me this one is very annoying, but not the hotel fault. Hotel is good.

Hotel staff is passive. Cleaning is ok, but often forget to give tissue/give but very little. The water is very small and the water tap/shower/sink is often broken. The good thing is there is parking, quiet, close to the city center.

It's enough for that price, the downside is that the toilet doesn't have an exhaust.

Hotel room, clean bathroom .. very comfortable. there is also an elevator. all staff are friendly and helpful. with a limited budget, this hotel offers a solution for a comfortable rest. the location is close to a pharmacy, Alfamart and several places to eat around. so it is very comfortable to stay. I stayed for 2 nights, thank God so far worth it. but the location is not in the city center .. but if you go to the city (simpang lima, station, Lawang Sewu, culinary in the city) take an ojol (car) the average fare is 19-29 thousand WELL DONE!

The hotel is nice, very clean, strategic, but sorry the staff is not friendly when you enter, you are not greeted and when you leave, they just say "you can go straight away" with an unpleasant tone and face as if to chase you away, hahaha, I don't want to come here again because the staff is not pleasant at all 🙏🏻

Its ok room, cleanliness, location ok. Just the staff should be taught how to serve guests, the importance of greeting and smiling.

The hotel and room are clean even though the room size is a bit narrow, every day it is offered whether the room needs to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the staff at the front office are a bit less communicative with hotel guests. Btw this hotel is good, the strategic location is on the main road near food stalls & Alfamart.

The room is not soundproof… sounds from outside are really audible… There are no sandals.
