Terrible. The room didn't match the description; it smelled musty. I was given a room on the 8th floor, and the staircase was under construction with no safety barriers, making it extremely dusty. The staff took over 15 minutes to prepare the room, and I had to check out after less than two minutes of being in the room. When I called to report the problem, the staff member who answered was on the stairs on the 9th floor, and we could tell they weren't even staff.

I think I'm the lucky customer when I book the 2 person room but got the 3 persons one, that's why the room is very big compare to us and also every electronics work just amazing despite the old version of them. My friends have a normal room and the electronics work poorly so I hope that the hotel can work on fixing it. But with us, we have an amazing experience here!

This is a very good room. The air conditioning is cool, and it's conveniently located near the BTS Skytrain, making it easy to get anywhere in Bangkok.

The room was clean, but we were moved to another hotel.

The hotel was the most disgusting one in Bangkok. I had to check out right after checking in because a damp, musty smell hit me as soon as I entered the room. The place was filthy, and the lights kept flickering on and off — I honestly think the hotel was haunted.

It took 30 minutes to check in. No refrigerator, no trash can. The bathroom smelled bad, no shampoo, no shower gel, no toothbrush. The bed made a lot of noise, the blanket was very thin.

The staff is irresponsible. Very bad. I will not stay here again.

The room is better than I thought. Check-in via Line is very convenient. The staff is fast. There is parking, very convenient. The room is spacious. The bathroom is big. Overall, it is good.

It's hard to contact the staff. It's very hard to find them.

เช็คอินผ่านไลน์ แต่ต้องรอพนักงานมาเปิดให้อยู่ดี รอประมาณ 15 นาทีถือว่านาน มีน้ำเปล่าให้เท่าจำนวนคนพัก ไม่มีตู้เย็น ไม่มีทิชชู มีทีวีแต่ดูไม่ได้ ห้องเหม็นอับ ไม่สะอาด มีขยะของคนพักเดิมอยู่ใต้เตียง รอบเดียวพอ พลาดมากที่มาพัก

Lots of parking. Blanket is very thin. Spring mattress is good but pillows are too soft. Room is OK. Big fridge. Easy check-in and out. Bathroom slightly moldy. Cleanliness needs to improve.

The room has no refrigerator, no TV, nothing, just towels, pillows, blankets.

The air conditioner is not cold, not cold at all, slept hot all night. There is water seeping from the top floor.
