I've written a request for a room on the top floor but was given a lower floor without any communication/offer and the smart TV doesn't have Netflix, unlike in the advertisements/people's reviews. It's like an exclusive boarding house, not a hotel.

Comfortable, clean, nice. I want to come back again later.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff are all friendly👍🏻 very kind, if we want to bring souvenirs, can we leave them in the receptionist's fridge 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel staff is friendly, there are many facilities, the parking is neat, the rooms are simple, neat, clean, and worth the price.

So far very happy staying here, located in the city center. Minimalist, very comfortable.

Stayed at Casa Calma Grogol and overall was very satisfied. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and it was comfortable. There was a dispenser near the elevator, so you could fill up with water anytime, no need to buy drinks. There were also many people selling cheap food in front of the hotel, and there was also a laundry (in front of the hotel), so it was really nice if you stayed for a while and didn't have a hard time finding things. I think the breakfast was not very varied, and for the signal, I don't know why it was really bad inside the hotel, luckily it was helped by the Wi-Fi which was sometimes really smooth, sometimes not so good. Btw, I stayed in a superior room and a suite! (So I tried the small and large rooms, both were equally good.) 🥰. Thank you Casa Calma ✨

very bad, the appearance of the room is not comparable to the price, ordered deluxe but there is no window, drinking water is not hygienic / uses a refill, check in time is not flexible, bathroom is not good

The signal is very weak, if you want to join the Wi-Fi you have to use the link from the receptionist.

Enjoyable staying here in Casa Calma, not too big a hotel but it feels like home. The room is spacious and super clean. Everything was great and comfortable to have a rest. It would be nice if they had Netflix.
