Dateng ke kamar prtama kamar kotor, tempat tidur sepertinya sprei dan sarung bantal guling tidak diganti karena bau kamar mandi juga kotor, token listrik habis jadi tiba-tiba lampu mati, pindah minta gnti kamar di kamar yang ke 2 pas masuk lantai becek dari wastafel cuci piring dan sama kamarnya bau dan kotor sampe ke sofa. Pindah lagi ke kamar ke 3 lantai juga becek dari wastafel kamar kotor, di kamar yang ke 3 ini ruangan lebi besar dikasi kamar 3dlm 1 unit tp ac hanya 1. Akhirnya saya batalin buat nginep karena dari hawa nya juga pas masuk jadi serem karena kamar kotor kaya ga diurus. Uda disuruh nunggu lama bulak balik ganti kamar trus disuruh ambil dan balikin kunci sendiri ke loker. Highly not recommended. The room doesn't match the photo at all. I don't even want to touch the bed sheets. Blanket. The pillows & bolsters because I'm sure they're all used and haven't been washed. Finally, I found a way to cover the sheets with a personal blanket. When checking in we were told to wait because it had not been cleaned even though it was already 6 pm.

This apartment has a small car park, you can park it in the shophouses but you can only arrive at 08:00 (we parked in the shophouses without signs/empty). The bathroom door has a hole in it, but the hot water works. The kitchen only has an electric stove + small pot, no dispenser/refrigerator. There are 2 bedrooms: 1. The single bed room has lots of cobwebs, 2. The curtains in the double bed room look like they were installed in an emergency. The color of the pillowcases & bed sheets is worn out. Towels are available but they are holey. The condition of the floor from the entrance, the TV room and the 2 rooms was dirty, dusty & sticky (so we wore sandals in the room), there was no broom/mop, you had to request it and it would be delivered later. The TV room curtains also seemed to have been installed in an emergency. Plus points: hot shower water works, TV works, 2 room ACs work, balcony door can be opened & good view.

Kesel banget sumpah, sama sekali ngga sesuai, masa di kamar ada lap basah wastafel kotor, (gudang penyimpanan barang pegawai) (karena ada waktu dimana staff ngetuk kamar buat ambil barang di kamar yang aku tempatin, minta ganti sprei bantal karena ileran terus si sprei ilerannya setelah diganti disimpan begitu aja di kursi bolong itu), tidur pake mukena pribadi karena selimutnya super kotor dan lepek, fasilitas kamar pada rusak, dan ada kursi rias rusak tapi masih disimpen di kamar, showernya rusak, pas dinyalain kerannya doang, kursi bolong dengan ditutupi kain dan bantal, keadaan ruangan kotor banget kayaknya ini mah bukan kamar yang disewa tapi kamar staff alias mess yang dipaksa disewakan (untuk ngambil keuntungan), kenapa saya berpikir seperti itu, karena kita kebetulan ketemu sama penyewa juga dia kamarnya bagus, sesuai sama yang di foto, spreinya juga kayak sprei pribadi, masa ada kamar yang disewakan pake sprei bunga bunga ijo berbulu, terus ngga dikasih handuk, air minum (standar SOP penginapan apart/hotel), pokoknya baru kali ini kecewa banget!

Yuck. Rooms I got didn't same with the photo 's they share. They need no clean up everything and make sure — towel, bed, floor is clean for new customer, not the one used before. Ac and chiller didn't work as well and unfortunately the room is so smelly 🫠.
