Compared to other options in Phu Quoc, I think the hotel was great value, especially for families. The room was spacious and felt clean. In-room amenities are usable. But we had an issue of booking expectation. I booked a city view room on Traveloka and we thought the room was supposed to be in high floor level for a "city view", but instead we got a room on the 3rd floor with a view to a backyard rather than city view. Me and my family were tired after the flight so we just accepted that and made a review later. The view wasn't the big deal for us, but BIG TIP: you should have called the hotel to ask about the floor level of the room in advance, if that is a big deal for you. Other pros: - Great view for sunset on the roof top and they had a pool and bar area there - The included breakfast buffet worked out for a Vietnamese family like us. For that room pricing, we just expect decent food and no food hygiene issue. We had no problems. The hot porridge were great after morning swims. - Tropical juice at the bar was only 50k, which is a great price in Phu Quoc. - It's near Ocsen beach club. Other cons: - Location not very great if u intend to travel to tourism spots such as sunset town, vinwonders, best beaches,... - Looks like they were understaffed so you should expect to carry your own luggage

Breakfast was delicious, staff was enthusiastic, the first day the air conditioner was not cold enough but the next day it was repaired.

Location is nearby the airport. Easy to go to the north area (VinWonders etc.) and easy to go to the south area (Kiss by the Sea etc.). Service is very good apart from needing to ask the hotel to change my blanket because it was stained. Breakfast food is average. Overall, this is a very good hotel for the bucks.

The hotel is nice, very close to the bus stop, also close to Kingkong Mart, the breakfast is delicious and of course very close to the beach.

The hotel is located between Sunworld and VinWonder. It is convenient to travel because calling a Grab car is very fast, 1-2 minutes, the car is at the hotel door. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly, the hotel is new, the rooms are beautiful and have a clear view. Everyone books a Sea View room with a beautiful sea view and a cheap price. Go to the 10th floor, then walk up to the 11th floor, there is a swimming pool to watch the beautiful sunset in the afternoon.

The hotel is close to the grandworld bus, the rooms are upgraded.

The receptionist and all hotel staff are very cute and enthusiastic. I am extremely satisfied when using the hotel's services!🥰

Everything here is great. From the receptionists, to the restaurant staff and drivers, everyone is very friendly, cheerful, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. Extremely satisfied staying here.

Well, I wouldn't rate it bad nor I will give a 5/5 rating. The first thinking when I saw the hotel lobby and room was ' such a big difference! ' The photos in website will give you an impressions that the hotel room is big but in fact the lobby is small and room is petite, not forget about the swimming pool which is so small and not as beautiful as in the picture. But overall the hotel room is clean, one of downside is the food provided is really lack of choice, taste is so so as well. Didn't expect much so overall I am OK with it. 3.5/5.

Great location! Right in middle of Grand World (North) and Sun World (South). Near the airport which can be reached by free VinBus (17 or 19). Otherwise, by taxi should cost around 150k đồng. The hotel itself look very nice. The included free breakfast buffet was nice, the gym is a bit simplistic on 2nd floor, swimming pool on 11th floor has a nice view of the surrounding area. In short walking distance to nearby beaches and bars.

The vacation was great. Hotel staff provide good service, the hotel owner is very welcoming! If I have a chance, I will still come back
