brilliant stay, excellant hosts

A fantastic welcome from the moment we arrived! Fabulous room, great breakfast. Stephen and Barbara have found the perfect balance of attention and relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!

I didn't like anything about this property. Unwelcome arrival. Was not given the room shown in the photograph. Accessed by a steep set of open wooden steps outside the property. Room smelt stale. Mismatched cheap dated furniture. Sat on bed, very uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night and were up early to catch onward transport. Clean and all you need for a quick stay. Although the room we had only has French doors to the room and is over looked by other properties, if worried about privacy you would need to keep the curtains closed, could do with some sort of net curtains to cover door while still letting in natural light. But a overall welcoming and comfortable.

The owners and staff were really friendly and there was great attention to detail. The location is stunning, and the town has everything you'd want including great restaurants and a lovely cinema.

Amazing food excellent room, Barbara so friendly 👌

This is an adorable, cozy, beautiful, clean guest house. Our room was so inviting and tidy with the best view! The hosts were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent breakfast each day. We will stay there again. The only issue is that parking can be a bit challenging. This is to be expected, though, in Cornwall in summer.

Excellent B&B Would recomend

A cosy, comfortable B&B with delicious breakfasts and excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts with great suggestions for nearby attractions and transportation. Our room was spacious and had a lovely, private outside courtyard.

Small but very comfortable rooms, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Right on the waterfront with great views over the harbour.

An outstanding B and B. Wonderful accommodation, breakfasts and hosts. A must stay.
