I stayed at this hotel for the stl go marathon and absolutely loved it! Super close to the start/finish so that was convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and unique. From the art, to the amenities, and staff! Ugh it was all perfect. I will be staying here again next time I’m in town. 10/10!

It’s easy to walk to most every venue I go to downtown. The hotel is amazingly beautiful.

We checked in the rain, not realizing they didn’t have a car port area or porters with umbrellas. Signage was very confusing outside and inside. The 1st room we were given had no electricity. The second room we were given had stains on the walls, carpet and bedding-which we suspected was mold. There was also someone’s medical patch on the shower floor. When my wife went to look at it closer, the shower floor had disgusting build up of something along the sides. My wife felt sick and we had already gotten ready for bed so when we called about the bed they said house cleaning was gone and we could move to another room by coming back downstairs and going through the same 30 minute process we had already done. Yes we should have checked the room before doing anything, but we’ve never had a boutique hotel that wasn’t more than acceptable. My wife slept in the chair, I slept in my clothes on top of other clothes on top of the bedding. The elevator appeared to have wine thrown all over it when we checked in, but was cleaned in the morning. They did refund the additional two nights we were scheduled to stay in, so I’m thankful for that. But we were told the one night “stay” would also be refunded which didn’t happen. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my significant travel history.

No parking except valet

It was a really nice place to stay. Me and my wife enjoyed the hotel, pool, dinning, and the staff. We are going to go back. hopfuly for my birthday. Thank you hotel 21c!

Amazing

I always love staying at this hotel! The decor is beautiful and the drinks and food are top notch!

I wish I had nothing but glowing things to say, but I’m so disappointed about something that happened during our stay. We arrived fairly late in the day and all I wanted was to shower. The shower in our room was broken (the pull to transfer water from the tub to shower was missing). We called the front desk and requested it be fixed or we be moved. We were told they would send engineering. 30 minutes later I called back to ask for an ETA. I was told they’d send them right up. Another 30 minutes later we called to say don’t bother as it was then after 10pm and my son needed to go to sleep. I then did my best to bathe, but it was rather uncomfortable (actually painful at times) trying to crouch under the tub faucet to get clean. It did not feel like the front desk took our request seriously at all. I felt, in fact, quite dismissed when a shower seems not too much to ask at any hotel, let alone one like 21C. I will not be returning to this or any other 21C hotel.

Perfection!

Highly recommend! Loved the art museum inside the hotel and the cotton candy that came with the dinner bill! Coffee shop was also fabulous. Comfy beds and the shuffle board was a hit.

Great hotel

Check-in wasn’t good. Gave away one of our rooms and were told that the room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper and didn’t. Had to pay for another room because of this for four nights.

We loved all of the staff. Restaurants and bar were superb. Great to walk through their art museum. Excellent location in walking distance of Stifel and Enterprise Center. Hope to visit again soon!

The staff were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Great property

The room was gorgeous. Staff was nice. Also stopped in at the museam and ate at the cafe. Was a great getaway while in town for a concert

Art museum is on several floors, and is free. Within walking distance of the Arch, downtown museums, sports facilities and Union Station.

Okay

Beautiful hotel, the art work made the space feel unique and special. The gallery was amazing and it was nice that it's open to everyone anytime of day. The fitness and pool area looked amazing...too bad we didn't spend as much time there as we wished. Our kids liked the room and had a good time, the only area of improvement was the room cleanliness, the room was dusty and the bathroom looked like it was just rinsed after last guest. The bathroom curtain needed to be washed or changed since it was yellow at the bottom. It was a bit disappointing.
