Staff was very helpful and kind even though i am a foreigner from out of country.

The food is great and the hotel is nice and clean I would recommend it to my family and relatives to stay in Saitama Ken.

I have never stayed in a Japanese Business hotel before but this Hitel has all you needed and took great care of their guests.

Expedia has this property down as non-smoking, and no where to choose non-smoking. We got to the hotel and got our room, we walked in and the smell of smoke was strong the hotel staff was very kind an told us there were no non-smoking rooms available for double occupancy. So we got another room and had to pay for it. Expedia is getting more and more difficult to work with in communication. I have booked with them for years and haven’t had a problem until this year.

インバウンドの増加から、ビジネスホテルの宿泊費が上昇しています。池袋・新宿・渋谷方面へのアクセスが良く、駅の目の前ですので、予約のタイミングにもよりますが、コスパの高いホテルだと思います。

丁寧な接客で気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。

駅近だし、新しく綺麗でしたし、朝食も美味しかったです。 けれども、お風呂の浴槽の排水口が石鹸だか何かが詰まっていて掃除されてませんでした。 気が付かずに利用し、排水に時間がかかって、お風呂時間が余分にかかりました。 本当にそれだけで、マイナスイメージが付いてしまうので、他は良かっただけに、少しだけ残念でした。

部屋がたばこの臭いが染みついていて臭い。エアコンの風もたばこ臭がしみこんで点けれない。 洋服をハンガーにかけていたけど着れないほど臭いうつりがした。喫煙ＯＫの部屋だったのでしょうがないけど空気清浄機ぐらい置いて欲しい。残念でした。

朝食も美味しかったです。

近くにスーパーも有り、短期滞在には最適です
