The hotel is spotless, the room was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was amicable. The only thing that I did not like is that the room was hot, and you couldn't open the window much, the airconditioning seemed to be not working well, other than that everything was great

AC busted in the room and reception played loud music at night

Horrible and unreasonable. Not worth it. There are other better hotels in the neighborhood. Stay there.

Room and bed smell terrible it was night mare all night. Answer is only i am so sorry we will leg management know what a funny. I will never stay here snymore all noght been nightmare.

Parking was a problem

Awesome place right in the Kadikoy

Everything was great, the room was clean, so was the bathroom, all the supplies were available, fast internet, great AC, the only thing I regret was the 9 dollars I spent on breakfast, compared to other places in Istanbul, a breakfast with such amount was very below average, other than that everything was great.

Car parking issues

Most staff were pleasant. The place is situated on a main bus route and there is a train station nearby. Need at least a couple of english tv/satellite channels for international guests. The breakfast however was appalling (not even on time) and should be improved.

Comfortable rooms and stayed here twice between trips to other cities and enjoyed it superbly

Rooms were comfortable but what made the stay 5 star was the helpful staff. They go way above and beyond to assist the guests - emergency land line calls at the lobby, luggage deposit etc

Air con didn’t work and windows had a chain so couldn’t be opened fully. Bathrooms wasn’t to the highest standard No real hotel facilities
