The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is far from Bukit Bintang. There's a mall nearby, making it easy to find food. Breakfast has a wide variety, and everything was great. Thanks.

The staff are very friendly. From the day I booked, called, and checked in. Oh, I called earlier to request a small token because the day I stayed was my mum's and my birthday. They prepared balloons, cake, and small decorations on the mirror. We were celebrating August's birthday. My mum and my niece were very happy. Thank you, team, for making our day 🥰

The staff is friendly and the place is nice. There's also a Starbucks.

It was nice and amazing, we enjoyed it a lot, and the breakfast and food were nice.

I'm not used to drinking tap water, so I should have been given the option of drinking tap water or bottled water. The bed is big. But the window glass is a bit dirty.

Nice hotel near JSA arena and Setia Mall (connecting bridge available!). If you want to go to Setia Alam area, this is the right one. The food was well cooked and prepared, but I hope the variety of the western (international) menu can be improved.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, luas. Makanannya mantap, the best. Ini kali ke-2 kami menginap di sini. Worth it banget. Puas.

The room’s hygiene standard is questionable. The toilet seat had pee droplets on it. The janitor team clearly did not ensure the cleanliness and the manager did not check it too. Some new towels had black spots / dirts on it. Not sure if they didn’t clean it. Should have those old towels replaced with new ones instead. The desk was not properly wiped too. There were drink spillage spots which were quite obvious. Mattress is rather hard (firmness level too high). Hygiene standard here is really disappointing. The only good point about this hotel is that it is connected to the mall beside it. So convenience is a plus point.

Cannot stay because family issue, hope can get back money/reschedule.

Clean, new, cozy, iron is not flammable, room deco is very beautiful, comfortable, easy to cite.
