Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable and the shower was great. Large, well equipped gym and beautiful pool. Wonderful visit!

We had some initial difficulties getting into a suitable room as there was garbage dumped outside our initial room by the condominium property next door to the hotel. The manager was able to get us into a much better, spacious, and clean room. There was some noise due to the hotel's proximity to bars/clubs in the area, but was not terrible. The pool is beautiful and the gym is brand new with great equipment. The breakfast is also amazing!

Great place to stay that is really close to everything downtown St. Pete

The noise from a nearby bar (techno music) is horrible and ruined our stay.

Pounding loud music from outdoor concert venue next door that went on well into the night.

Super convenient location in downtown. Everything is walkable or a very cheap Uber. Fabulous rooftop bar. Amazing staff both at the front and the valet! Rooms were superb. Lovely bathrooms with a shower to die for. Cozy sheets and pillows. Bed was harder than we would like but everyone is different. Definitely would stay again! Dying to try that pool! Only thing that could use even the tiniest improvement was cleaning staff. Huge hairball the size of a grasshopper there both days we were there in plain sight in bathroom. I eventually trashed it for them. Only half our trash was removed as well. But all in all that is minor! Fabulous place to stay!!

Excellent property and staff, however I wasn't aware they would not allow a F250 to park onsite. There was availability not inside the parking garage which had a height restriction. Would have been good to know that.

This was the perfect place to stay in St. Pete. The hotel and rooms were modern, clean and beautiful. Staff could not have been better! The breakfast buffet was wonderful. This hotel has everything you could want and much much more!

Clean new great service close to everything

Fabulous hotel. The food is great but limited. Lots of places to eat and drink around it.

This hotel is on a thoroughfare of restaurants and bars that are lively at night, but our room on the second floor was perfectly quiet. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The service was excellent, we arrived at 11pm and check in was super fast!

We were in town for a show and thie property was in walking distance of the venue and had great options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area and gym were a really nice touch.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but the staff was unhelpful. Valet service took 30 minutes, and after finally taking our car, we found no luggage carts available. At the front desk, two employees were chatting. When I asked for a luggage cart, they claimed there were none. I pointed out that a hotel of this size, an AC Hotel, should have carts. They admitted they had some but didn’t know where they were and made no effort to find one for us or another guest who asked. I had to make two trips to my room. I usually enjoy AC Hotels and have never had issues, but I won’t return to this one.

Stunning property with super polite staff. Absolutely spotless in all public areas. Bar/Restaurant is awesome with live singers. Get there early for food if you want a quiet meal.
