What a gem of a hotel! Everything from the pool, rooms, bar tenders, front desk staff, restaurant workers and valet were outstanding! We were there Easter weekend and having the Easter Bunny and egg hunt was the sweetest and the icing on top of our stay. I’m actually surprised it’s rated lower for reviews because we have 0 complaints!

Best stay at an embassy by far. We did jet ski on the ocean. We had a front desk guy named david that always went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Always reached out to see how we were enjoying our stay and he handled all problems that arise within miniutes. Definitely recommend the embassy suites.

I booked my room through Hotel.com and was surprised to find I had to pay for valet parking, which I didn’t use, as well as some resort fees that I wasn't aware of. They also authorized my credit card for but it took three days to release it. While my experience wasn’t what I expected, I think I’ll explore other options next time.

Overall this was a great stay. Only complaint is the check in felt like a script and not to welcoming also was woken up on the day of check out at 7am by some lady walking into the room to tell us our valet balance was due? Woke both of our kids up and check out wasn’t until 11am. If it wasn’t for those to things it would have been perfect. Hopefully next time.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the tub that I personally cleaned. Other than that it was a perfect stay. The breakfast was really good. Staff friendly. Valet was high but the guys were super nice. Take cash to tip or you can tip with your card when you call for your car. They were worth it.

Great service. Staff was very friendly. Noah the valet parker was terrific. We found everything clean and neat. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.

We had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff was very professional, friendly, and took care of our every need.

There was freshly made omelettes, but there was only one omelette maker each morning so the line for that was very long at least 20 people deep. Overall, Embassy suites is my favorite hotel to stay there. It’s in a perfect location, access to amenities and restaurants and things to do and right across the street from the pier.

I like that everything was close in walking distance and you didn’t really need to drive to get food and for entertainment, I disliked that when you checked we realized the floor was not mopped and also the hallway carpet, we really appreciate the early check in but it would have been nicer if the room was already mopped when we checked in

We had an excellent family vacation for spring break. Please note that there is a $400 resort hold of you are staying 4 nights, which includes mandatory valet parking at $25 per night and resort fees of approximately $44 per night. The location is incredibly convenient, as Pier Park is literally in the hotel’s backyard, within walking distance. The beach is just a few steps across the street, and the famous pier is just a bit further. Each evening, they offer a fantastic wine-down service, and the cook-to-order breakfast, which is complementary, is truly unmatched.

The room was great, the breakfast was great, the pool was great, and the fitness center was great. We loved it! My only complaint is having to do valet parking. Tip: The text ahead for valet parking doesn't work. The car was never ready when we got downstairs, even after waiting a few minutes. It seemed like they didn't check the texts. Even with the valet parking ($22/day plus tips), this was a wonderful stay!

Parking is not free. When I parked my car at the property, I was threatened by staff that my car would be towed and I would pay $1000 a fee. It’s a valet parking that will cost you $22 each day. Staff who work in the bar/restaurant area don’t want to help you, not friendly at all. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, could be better if the staff could be retrained. People come there to relax, we work the whole year and take a couple of days to relax and rest, not to stress with unwelcome people. By the way the only friendly staff there is the valet parking employees.

The property offers good amenities for children and adults. There are a lot of things to do outside the resort as well that's all within walking distance. My only compliant is that we didn't get the room we booked and was told that the resort fee would be waived at check-in but that never happened.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We received outstanding customer service from Lotsarin at check-in. Lotsarin was very welcoming and she made my day after a long 6 hour drive to the beach. She was very professional, pleasant and courteous. She was also very knowledgeable about the Amenities and things to do in the area. Our suite was very lovely with a modern sleek design esthetic. Resort feel with spacious clean and comfy beds. We had a nice view of the pool area and could see the ocean from our balcony. We had separate living and dining area from bedroom. The extra space in the living space and bathroom was Amazing!!! Breakfast was extremely crowded with longs lines for omelets and waffle stations. The design of the food area is really narrow and tight for the volume of people they has this weekend. I almost felt like I was in a very crowded market to get breakfast for me and my boys. The Breakfast staff were all nice and courteous so that helped to relieve my annoyance of the big crowds and people kept bumping into our chairs at the breakfast dinning area. However, it was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay here.
