Wonderful location and very beautiful garden

Great place

Everything was amazing until the end I would give 5 stars otherwise. I don’t think they liked that I had 20% off for Expedia benefit. After I paid and left a nice tip for the staff. I decided to buy water, they charged me 30 quetzal ( $5USD) so more expensive than a fancy resort. I paid but it was annoying to take advantage of me. Water bottles are a couple of quetzals even the intercontinental in the city doesn’t charge that much for bottled water. Food was excellent both dinner and free breakfast, the place looked a bit lonely for a Saturday but I enjoyed the quiet, bedding was comfortable, parking was free but a good 5-10min walk.

This hotel is in the perfect, walkable location and was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The chocolate shop next door is amazing and definitely worth a visit! The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially loved the upgraded keypad entry for the hotel room. Since my friend and I had separate activities planned throughout our stay, it was so convenient not having to worry about sharing or losing a room key. The welcome drinks were delicious, and the hotel helped us arrange a massage and a multi-course dinner, both of which were fantastic experiences. The breakfast options were delicious every day, and the food throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms had individual room fans/ac units to adjust temperatures. Breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely delicious! Coupons for drinks were given but when we attempted to use them, the staff looked at us oddly and laughed. Not sure what that was all about out. The staff gave a great recommendation for dinner our first night by.

Great boutique hotel within walking distance to main plaza in Antigua. Restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel offers a welcome drink and a wonderful breakfast.

This was an amazing stay in Antigua! We are definitely planning to come back to this spot! They had an AC and luggage storage which was so helpful. There free breakfast was so delicious. The staff was also great, I ended up getting sick and they pointed me to a great pharmacy! The space was also very beautiful and the rooms were nice too!

Clean, nice staff, good location

Our stay was an awesome one. The room was well maintained and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was amazing. Lionel and the girls were so friendly and made breakfast real relaxing and enjoyable. Moses was a great host and he went the extra mile to get us our trips and answer any questions we had; was always ready to provide links of places to visit. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay. I will definitely return here. Alex and Jenny.

This hotel was clean. Staff was great and very helpful when needed. The hotel was near just about everything and that was incredible.

Lovely local style traditional hotel

We loved this hotel. There were a total of 6 rooms available. It was like the entire complex was our own little oasis. Breakfast was included daily during our stay and it was delicious. The rooms were not huge but the decor and architectural design was beautifully done. There were so many picturesque areas on the property and the rooftop was amazing. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was right in the heart of Antigua and close to the square. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful set up and great location. Our room was on the ground floor and the humidity was a big issue especially in the tiny bathroom. The bathroom fan was installed on the wall surface blowing the air back into the bathroom(???).

This is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was nice, facility was clean, it was unique, the location is great, and the breakfast was some of the best breakfast food I've ever had. I wasn't planning on going back to Antigua but I might have to just to stay here again.

It was an amazing experience at this hotel starting from the view of volcano from the roof top to the healthy breakfast in the morning. The hotel staffs were cordial and caring. Location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and dining.

Great front desk staff! Kelly was super helpful. Good was great, the takeaway breakfast on our early morning hike day was delish!
