Cute place. No frills. but a nice pool. And clean comfortable space. Very thin walls is the biggest problem. But most people were quiet. I would stay again

Nice safe environment but a lot of the work looks not professionally done. The corking ariund the bathroom sing is horrible the baseboards needs to be replaced. It needs new paint on the walls

Loved our stay comfy and private!

Arrived at the property and it did not look like the photos. I felt unsafe at this property as some of the doors looked like they were broken in and the lock boxes looked cheap. Found many hairs in the sheets and towels and left immediately. Only stayed in the room 10 minutes. Did not get refunded for the 1st night or the property fee. Do not recommend!!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Casa Cordova. The area was quiet, relaxing, and placed in a very convenient area near shopping centers and many restaurants.

Pleasant stay overall!! Recommended!!

The property was great and communication was quick and positive. I DID have trouble checking in on my phone but John was extremely patient with me and sent the link to my son's phone and it worked. We recommend this place.

Great communication and the area is amazing . Not too far from the ocean and shops/restaurants are walkable

The location is great. Close to everything you need and 2.5 miles from the beach. The place is small but functional and has mostly all you need. This is not a hotel so dont expect room service or a maid. Bring extra towels or wash your own at the onsite machines. Pool was great! Iguanas are present, small but nice to see. I found a cockroach in my room but smashed it. Walls are thin. Wasnt bad for what i needed. April 22nd - 26th, 2025

Wonderful stay

El lugar fue acogedor desde la piscina hasta la habitación.

The bedroom could use an upgrade. The mattress was really uncomfortable, I could barely sleep at all. All of the utensils, dishes and cups were all dirty. I mean, you’re not obligated to give these items, but if you’re gonna offer them make sure they’re at least clean and usable.
