I use reviews to decide on whether to book a property and honesty is always appreciated to make an informed choice. Hence this is my honest opinion.

I felt welcome from the moment of arrival. Always greeted on entry/exit. Rooms were quiet. Street noise -honking was a bit irritating but not the hotels fault.

Easy check in. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. We had a large patio off the room that we enjoyed. The restarant had good traditional morocan food and friendly staff. They also arranged a wonderful guide for private tours.

We had a wonderful break at the Ari hotel. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic.

We really loved our stay! We love the hotel facilities, from the staff to the cleanliness! Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast! Great Hitel overall! Thank you!

The hotel was exactly as pictured online. We ended up here at the last minute, because the hotel we originally booked was AWFUL and we had to scramble and find something quick at night, and Hotel Ari did not disappoint. It was only for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and we felt comfortable here and safe after a long day of traveling. The restaurant was also very nice, we only had breakfast there, but it was very nicely designed!

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room is clean. The staff were friendly and always ready to provide assistance. The breakfast tasted amazing. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

The hotel is generally nice and renovated, and it's in a good area close to shopping, dining and train station. Staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good and had lots of variety. By being on a main road, my room was a bit noisy due to traffic, and there was a lot of noise coming from above. Maybe that was some disrespectful guests. The worst part about my two day stay was the strong sewer smell in my room. There was no leak nor damage; just a horrible smell. Before going there, I mistakenly thought that the hotel is fancy or luxury, but it's just a normal nice hotel with expensive price.

Nice hotel, we stayed only one night. It was clean, quiet, air con and shower worked well. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Most stuff nice, only bad experience was the girl at reception on the morning or the day we were leaving - she was grumpy, you could tell she didn’t want to be there. We used the pool and asked for an extra towel (as only one was provided), she said she’s send one up, never did and when she saw us afterwards she did ask about/say anything. Other people were friendly tho so overall it wasn’t an issue.

Had an excellent stay! Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Lots of restaurants around but as a female solo traveler I didn’t feel comfortable eating in any of them as it was mostly all men. It’s about 50 dirhams to get a taxi to the market square or majorelle garden. Those places are walkable to from the hotel. But much easier to just take a taxi in the heat. Train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The Hotel was new and clean its just the rubber under the shower door is missing and let water comes out the floor but just a minor issue. The area was close to everything we even manage to walk to Jmaa el-fnaa and the next day we walked to the Garden park for 10 minutes. Moroccan restaurants beside the hotel seafood restaurants are across the street which was amazing bbq and cheap. I got sick for a few days during the stay and the staff at the Hotel restaurant was very sweet makes recommendations and talk to the cook for a nice meal and soup. Shout out to Rashid!!!! you are the best. The pharmacist and the pharmacy downstairs are very convenient ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Will recommend and diffinitely going to stay again.

Cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Very nice staff members and large room. Parking is available. I highly recommend the hotel.

It’s amazing hotel I highly recommend.

Decent hotel, quite small although new and clean. Breakfast options were decent nothing special. Was disappointed that staff said we couldn’t use the pool as it wasn’t clean enough and had chemicals that could damage your skin. They eventually cleaned it and said it was safe to use but even then was still quite dirty so didn’t really use it. Besides that it’s a decent hotel but overpriced for its facilities but located in a good area.

Compare to the hotel location and standard, cost of daily room price is extremely expensive

Great and convenient property!

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we didn’t get a very good room. Although the bedrooms seemed to be quite clean and comfortable at first, we later discovered chewing gum behind the mirror and table. On the last day there was a huge gush of water from behind the walls and noise from the floor above, followed by an awful sewage smell coming from the toilets so we had to evacuate and request another room, which was very stressful. In the new room, the shower door wouldn’t shut properly. The breakfast options are very poor, the food is cold and it takes a while for hot food to be brought out. There were cats inside the restaurant and when we requested the door be closed, they refused. The swimming pool is very small, and very cold plus they only have two sun beds which was a bit disappointing. The customer service was not very impressive despite this being a wedding anniversary trip. Location is good so we just made the most of our time in the beautiful city.
