Super clean, high rise apartment nearing city view

I did not like the fact that the place did not have air conditioning and there was no alternative to the issue. The city was extremely hot and it made the whole stay uncomfortable

No a/c, They let me know the day of check-in. No hot water, dirty floors.

There was no AC in the apartment we had fans it was real hot. Was there for one week we didn’t get notified there was no AC until we got there. No one cleaned our apartment. We had to go ask for towels for toilet paper. There was hair all over the restroom on the floor on the sinks. It was horrible. I would not recommend no one to stay there.

No AC and its hot inside the room, dirty as it was not cleaned properly, the worst is the there was no water on all 4 bathroom sinks. To wash your hands after using the restroom you need to use the shower head. Very bad management. For the price better to stay in a different place.

We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night due to the train noise.

Nice building, big departments, very low maintenance, super dirty, floor and shower with lots of hairs, toilet paper, soap and shampoo very low quality, no cable, minimum internet. Linens poor quality. Should not be called a hotel.

It was an amazing experience. Juan Pablo at the front desk was super hospitable and nice. Please add instructions on how to get to the front desk. We spent 15 walking over because we went to the wing towers.

The location was great, but the propriety didn’t have a coffee maker, wine glasses and the coffee maker in the lobby never worked.

Nice place to stay, needs to pay attention to maintenance, ac wasn't working, bed lining and towels very used, doors rubbing floor, it would be an excellent option if they take care of details.

Excellent high-end property so conveniently located near all places of attraction in Guadalajara Centro. Every aspect of the property - its cleanliness, its high-end workout facilities, free parking, kitchen in unit and so on was highly impressive and convenient. Its close location to a shopping center and a major grocery store within it made it so convenient for us to shop for food items and cook at night. And the customer service is excellent, with the management being always accessible through WhatsApp. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay by a night when our plans changed. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!

Super lugar para quedarse, y el servicio de todo el personal es espectacular

Los alrededores están hermosos, el complejo está espectacular, el personal es super servicial y atento.

Es la segunda ocasión que elegimos este lugar para nuestra estancia, ya que me sentí muy cómoda la primera vez. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Excelente opción Pet friendly, nuestro viaje fue de 4 personas incluidos dos niños y una mascota, el departamento es muy amplio. El tren pasa cerca de las instalaciones, sin embargo, a mi familia no le incomodó ese detalle.
