Pros: Very new resort, very clean, many workers around for assistance, many restaurants. Cons: lumpy bed pillows, not enough staff when checking out (long checkout), shower took 45 min to get a little warm.

We stayed in the Preferred club part of the resort and absolutely loved it! It was quiet and very clean. The service from the staff was the best we have ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly and kind and very helpful. The food was amazing and the staff genuinely only cares about you having a great experience over anything else. I would recommend this resort over any other one in the area. Our concierge Luis was very friendly and helpful and he is largely another reason we would love to go back as soon as we can!

The resort was incredible. First of all it's huge. There are so many options of things to do. Second, the staff is incredible. They were super attentive and very kind. Third, the food, for the most part, was very tasty. We were there for three full days and had one "meh" meal. Not even bad, just "meh". Lastly, everything was super clean, and you could see the attention to detail. It rained hard every night we were there, but when you woke up, the sun was out and the property was spotless. It didn't even look like a storm passed at night.

Did not like the beach

This was by far one of the cleanest resorts I've been to. The staff was amazing and polite.

The staff need to be trained to deal with costumers, once you are identified as a VIP guest, no difference at all, I though that I was asking for a favor, not paying the large amount of money I did for this place

What I loved about the property was everyone was exceptional, it was quiet, clean. The lamp in my room was the only bad thing, it looked like it was burned and wasn't replaced but everything else was super great definitely will come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Dreams Cap Cana, but there were a few downsides. As Preferred members, we expected more exclusivity, but anyone could access the Preferred pool, cabanas, and lobby without being asked. It didn’t feel like a true upgrade. The resort is very family-oriented—every pool and beach area was full of kids, which made it hard to relax. If you’re looking for an adults-only vibe, this may not be the best fit. I also expected more Dominican culture. The food was mostly American-style, and the music was the same—barely any Spanish music. I was really hoping for more local flavor in both food and entertainment. On the bright side, the service was amazing. Our butler Juan was excellent and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Also, if you’re booking a romantic dinner, ask for Richie—he went above and beyond, even taking professional-looking photos and videos on our phone. I also joined the Unlimited Vacation Club, and Paco and Miguel made the process smooth and pleasant with great customer service. I’m looking forward to future trips with more cultural experiences and a bit more adult privacy.
