I forgot to take a picture of the hotel, but what I like about the hotel was it has a minimalist interior design with a white paint for its wall, and I loveedd their hospitality and their honestyyy because I forgot my phone on the day when I checked out, but they keep it for me! And I was able to take it back again 😭😭😭 Ascella Bangkok, you are so coolll, please maintain your honesty and best services for the futureee!! Thank you so much!!!

The room is clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

This is the best place for Indonesians who want to find a place to stay overnight, near Pratunam Market but not that crowded. *This hotel seems to be filled with Indonesians, hehe, because when I came here, I didn't find any foreigners other than Indonesians.

7 of us stayed 4 days and 3 nights on 2025, july 17-20 for 2 rooms. One of our rooms on the 3rd floor had a toilet leak and caused a very pungent urine odor, which did not dissipate even when the bathroom door was closed. We lodged a complaint at the lobby that night and were not greeted at all by the old uncle manning the front desk. Instead, the uncle gave priority to the group that had just checked in without addressing our complaint. Even the staff on duty could not speak English. After we complained and asked for a room change, the uncle got angry and said there were no vacant rooms that day and told us to wait until tomorrow. We asked for a solution to bring an extra bed to our first room but the uncle said they don't provide extra beds. Finally we insisted on bringing the mattress from the smelly room to our room upstairs, only then did their staff provide a new room. They lied that there were no vacant rooms, even though they did not want to provide a bigger room as a form of accountability. This hotel is super bad, a bit far from the big highway, the rooms are not soundproof. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone even though it's a cheap hotel.

BTS near the hotel does not have many lines, hotel room has wide bed but space is not too big, okay

All is good, and the most important thing is the hotel seems still new and clean, and near to the central/city for shopping.

The guests are almost all Indonesians. So it feels like home hahaha. Overall it's comfortable, clean, and the service is also very good!
