The food is really delicious, but the room isn't soundproof. But overall, it's okay.

The location is superb - very convenient to Medan's city centre. The beds, room, bathroom were clean and comfortable. It may not be completely soundproof, but acceptable. I have a good sleep in all my nights there. Value for money, will come again if I visit Medan.

Overall okay...but if you bring your own car...it's hard to get parking at night

Recommended👍 The hotel area is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms and toilets are clean. Guests receive a welcome drink and snack (as shown in the photo). The price is reasonable and commensurate with the service and facilities.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Tried Iga Ketumbar. Very good and will be my favorite dish from now on if staying there.

The toilet hole is not clean enough, so it looks a bit dirty & the shower water is not good to come out & for a ☆5 hotel the food and service for taking plates and glasses are a bit slow and not very friendly. The omelettes are not tasty and the making is still amateurish.

Noisy despite asking for a quiet room, beside the train track and station.
