I've stayed at the Grand Premier Hotel many times and have always been satisfied with the service. The rooms are very comfortable. Every time I check in, I always have a cake prepared and am assisted directly by the receptionist, Bang Fama. The receptionist is humble and always helpful :) - Intan

The staff was very nice during the check-in process. The staff at breakfast was slow, asked for a baby chair and was told there was no chair, asked twice before it was available 🫙.

Had a really pleasant stay at Grand Central Premier. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Definitely a place I would consider staying at again.

The hotel facilities are good. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and neat. The restaurant staff tried very hard to make a good vegetarian dish to please us. The towels are clean but look very old and tatty. The shower drainage needs attention. Overall the stay was comfortable.

It's noisy because there's a club on the 16th floor.

The location is centrally located but close to busy roads. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The water from the taps isn't clear enough. The bathroom floor should be tiled or have a slightly rough doormat to prevent slipperiness. At night, you can sometimes hear music from upstairs. The restaurant food is delicious and varied, although sometimes it's still cold. Overall, it's a good, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay.

Comfortable. The only downside is that sounds from upstairs can still be heard in the room.

Very impressive, but there are still some things that could be improved, such as a non-smoking area for families and children, and a non-alcoholic dining option for select guests. Let's respect each other's different preferences. Thank you.
