The staff was very nice during the check-in process. The staff at breakfast was slow, asked for a baby chair and was told there was no chair, asked twice before it was available 🫙.

Had a really pleasant stay at Grand Central Premier. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Definitely a place I would consider staying at again.

The hotel facilities are good. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and neat. The restaurant staff tried very hard to make a good vegetarian dish to please us. The towels are clean but look very old and tatty. The shower drainage needs attention. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The location is centrally located but close to busy roads. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The water from the taps isn't clear enough. The bathroom floor should be tiled or have a slightly rough doormat to prevent slipperiness. At night, you can sometimes hear music from upstairs. The restaurant food is delicious and varied, although sometimes it's still cold. Overall, it's a good, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay.

Comfortable. The only downside is that sounds from upstairs can still be heard in the room.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always. - Intan
