Staff friendly and hotel conveniently placed for easy access to central Budapest

Good

Very basic, old, not renovated. Outside was 12 degrees, but no heating in the room. When asked for staff to provide the heater, answer was that manager instructed that there is no heating in the rooms before november, no matter of outside temperature! Horrible was to save money by the owner, do not recommend the hotel!

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street just outside bustling city. Elevator is small, fits 2 max but does have open stairs right next to it. Front desk reception was very helpful and informative. Easy check in and check out process.

This property is ok location. The wifi is awful …goes on and off besides slow. Phone in room not connected. Tv was not plugged in . Limited outlets to charge items…no charging when not in room. Items in bathroom not working or connected. Towels not changed daily. Worst hotel on our five European city visit.

The staff is very helpful, they helped us a lot.

Great location in one of the oldest parts of Budapest. The only negative was intermittent internet service.

I only stayed for 1 night, so for that purpose it was ok. But I would not stay for longer period. Bathroom wasn't clean properly, handsoap machine was leaking. It was a bit noisy in the morning, I woke up for someone knocking on the next door and talking. Reception staff members who checked me in and out doesn't speak hungarian (that was fine with me though).

Clean and tidy Hotel just off the main road. Good bars and restaurants near by.

Nice but a bit noisy street

Amazing location, nice staff and really happy to help if you have any question. All the check in and check out process was really easy and fast. The property is not amazing but it's good cost:quality

Very basic. Clean bedding but big stains on carpet. Bathroom stank like a cesspit, it was disgusting. Clearly some plumbing issue ,they should not have let a guest in there until fixed. Difficult to get in to the building (requires ringing bell but noone answered), they have not found my booking at first then wanted me to pay on site again even though i paid when i booked through Expedia. Maybe ok cor students or younger party folks but I'd not stay there ever again. Location is great.

Hvis man søger et billigt sted, der ligger nogenlunde central, så er dette stedet. Dog havde vi mange problemer, bl.a huller i vores håndklæder, intet sæbe, et gardin der var faldet ned, ødelagt lampe, nøglekortet gik i stykker osv.
