I booked a room at the hotel, also paid money, and also wanted to enjoy full amenities. Because it was far from the sea, I also wanted to find a hotel with a swimming pool to relax and have fun, and my room package also had that. However, when I arrived, when I was excited to go swimming in the pool, I couldn't use it (when asked, they said it was being cleaned) and I wasn't notified in advance, the room rate was still the same but I couldn't use all the amenities... Extremely down on Mood

The room is a bit smaller than expected but the room is very clean. I like one thing about The Almin hotel, which is that the hotel operates with the criteria of sustainable development, not using plastic products like many other hotels. Instead, the hotel uses 2 glass water bottles, not Lavie bottles, uses paper straws... all the items here are printed with the hotel name, very impressed with this neatness.

Nice and new hotel. The location is in Hong Gai Ward while all activities would be in Bai Chay Ward.

New hotel, comfortable, clean rooms. Very convenient when traveling in Ha Long. Good customer care. We will be back on our next trip! 💝
