The room was incredibly comfortable and had lots of space. The bed was very comfy that gave us a relaxing stay. It also provided free breakfast that offered many choices. The staff were very friendly and polite. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Taichung next time.

Room was clean. Limited view was barred by railings outside window posting a rescue risk in case of fire.

The staff at check-in were very friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice variety of options for breakfast, and the trainee girl at check-out was very sweet. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Taichung.

Great little boutique hotel within a local area in Taichung! Loved all the free snacks. Rooms were clean and the design was great. We only stayed one night and did realize as we got ready in the morning, it smelled like garlic (not sure how close our room was to the restaurant!) but just something to potentially keep in mind. Overall, for the value that we paid for the hotel it was great !

Great hotel near the art museum. (With a fantastic spicy noodle shop just across the street and a Family Mart next door.)

Excellent service! I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row. My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish.

Everything were great, good hotel room and great staff, except the location, its in the middle of nowhere, no public transportation or limited restaurants near the area, I’ve to ordered taxis every day.

We are family with 3 kids and took the family room. Room was spacious and design well thought out with a projector screen in addition to the regular tv. Downside the room was quite dusty and you can see dust layers on the floor and the windows corners. Toilet and sofa was also not clean. Service staff except for a guy with short, gold, curly hair was generally good with a shoutout to Mickey who was very helpful in our various questions and requests.

Odd set up. Check in is for two hotels and only the other ’Autumn Willow’ has air-conditioned (A/C) lobby lift access. Our hotel, has long walk to back of building in no A/C to rear lift, share with rest of building - lift very slow and also no A/C. Seems small but this very hot place.

Fantastic hotel! Super clean, comfortable and great service

The room is relatively new and clean. The location is good with walkable distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and various shops. Staffs are friendly. The thing surprised me the most is the quality of their breakfast which has many choices and dishes. One of their kitchen staffs, Mrs. 蕭玟X is very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay this hotel again in the future.
