Property focuses heavily on being hip and style . Hotel Overlooks practical sensible hotel designs . I cannot stress this enough. This hotel has a serious noise intrusion issue . The halls have no dampening features and the doors are very sound permeable . ( you can hear people talking and making love from your bed … not fun at 1am ) . Not suggested for sensitive sleepers .

The staff were unprofessional, I'm tempted to believe they are racist.

Wonderful Stay!

The hotel was fine. A lovely high quality hotel. So why didn’t I love it? Cause it lacked a “Greek feel”. There was nothing to make me feel like I was in Greece. Even the water and milk for my coffee was Italian and german. So yes, the hotel was great, but not wow. Why does every hotel think copy and paste is good?

A nice hotel in a good location and friendly staff, I especially like the indoor pool and Sauna. However, I wasn't happy with the bathroom setup as there isn't much privacy due to their being no door to the bathroom. There is just a small door for the toilet but you could hear 'everything'.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The back ground noise is part of their vibe but gets on your nerves after a while. After 5 nights and 4 complaints we still did not get the air con fixed which lead to very hot temperatures at night. Difficult to understand as the staff were super efficient in all other areas.

Security followed my husband to the restroom assuming that my husband would skip out on the bill. However we were staying as a guest in the hotel with an open credit on file. He was absolutely out of line. Additionally we missed the breakfast time by 4 minutes and the hostess refused us to go in even for a cup of coffee. No courtesy whatsoever. So I will blog my review. Sorry

What a truly wonderful experience! A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with the most helpful and friendly staff. I was there on business with 6 of us for a week, and we were all amazed. I have a new favorite hotel and will be bringing the family soon! Thank you, NYZ!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended!
