I specially appreciated how the space was clean, it smells clean and it was. Plus very quiet.

Staff bienveillant et accueillant, chambre super propre, à cote du bord du St Laurent. Bien localise et prix juste!

This motel has a very nice view of the St. Lawrence Seaway. The building itself seemed to be in need of some maintenance. The room looked nice enough, but the floor was a little shaky.

The room was clean, well equiped and in a good condition for a motel. We had a fantastic view and the staff was great. There is no air conditioning, but bringing a fan helps. We loved our stay there. We could have stayed longer!

Emplacement magnifique,personnel sympathique et compréhensif. Petit motel sans prétension qui a besoin de plus ""d'amour '' .Notre chambre n'avait pas de moustiquaire pour la porte patio, le débit d'eau dans la cuisine était presque nul. Pas de tapis sécuritaire pour le bain. Le mobilier est récent mais la salle de bain a besoin de rafraichissement. Pas d'air climatisé.

Old property that just did not feel right.

Ok place. Nothing fancy. Definitely can use an upgrade. Left 2 days early. Not impressed with service. They dont clean rooms or make beds. Ask them to make are beds and the never did. I was there 7 days. Plumbing failed one day so no water for most of day. Asked them to clean my shower as when water shut off it backed up shower. Nope! They didnt come clean shower. Where difficult to get good service. Nobody in office after 5pm. Its a very beautiful location but needs to new management to bring back to its former glory. Cheers!

Room didn't have Hot water in shower ,called the stuff no answer and no one at desk

As it was off season the property was dark on arrival. I had trouble getting the lockbox open in the bitter cold. The place was really comfortable and spacious with all things supplied. However the sink in the bathroom was barely draining so we had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. I called the number on the billboard outside to get the matter fixed but the response was in French only and spoken too quickly to copy down the email provided for contact. I know some French but not enough to copy down the email spoken that fast. I did report this to hotels.com and they said that the owner would be advised and contact me directly by email. 2 days later on checkout there had been no contact.

This is a good, standard address in Rimouski, facing the water. Clean and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. Positives: - price - kitchenette & fridge - rocky beach offers great sunset view - easy parking - above average sound proofing between rooms Negatives: - old property with some of the equipment showing its age: couldn't close bathroom window for example - no range hood for kitchenette: we had the smoke detector go off once by toasting bread Overall, I can recommend the motel.

Bien qu’ils se vantent d’avoir des installations modernes, je les qualifierais de « bric-à-brac ». Porte patio qui ne se barre pas de l’intérieur, moustiquaire temporaire qui se décolle du murs à tout bout de champs, mobilier daté, rideaux qui ne se ferment pas pour cacher la lumière, etc… Mauvaise expérience au départ. La femme de ménage qui essaie de rentrer avant l’heure du départ convenu de 10:00. Et de plus, ils nous demandent de sortir les poubelles! Bon, j’en ai assez dit… vous voyez le genre d’installation…
