Great location. Nice front desk.

Staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and tidy, property still looks new and bright. Hallway on 2nd floor smelt like weed (can't control what other people do during their stay).

Very nice hotel. Clean. Good amenities. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant had good food. Only small issue was with breakfast, it stopped at 10 and we came down around 20 til and could hardly get to anything because staff was stocking and had cabinets open and were cleaning up. Other than that, great stay and great location.

Pool was a huge hit with my kids (nice and shallow). Tasty food at the bar. Our room was clean and the bunk beds were very convenient for traveling with kids. It’s across the street from the children’s museum!

Excellent new hotel and very clean room. Parking lot is great to have near downtown.

Right across the street from the Strong Musuem. Great food at Lila’s and walking distance to restaurants. Friendly staff. Kids loved the bunk bed room and pool!

Found some kind of bug on the bed linen and had to switch rooms. Not sure if it was a bed bug or not.

It was the best stay. The hotel was clean. The workers there were all so friendly, professional, accommodating and always had a smile on there face. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was great, food was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. On another note, It is located in a very congested area, so if you are looking for a more relaxed area probably not a good choice. We went for medical reasons, so it was perfect. Everything is so close. Strong Childrens Mueseum right across the street. Would go back!!! Thank you to all employees for making our stay great!

Everything was great, especially the staff. The pillows and mattress were not very comfortable.

Friendly staff, hotel had a big area for breakfast and restaurant dining. Room was super nice and clean and safety procedures where on point.
