It's not a value for money considering the location and comfort offers. The bed was okay but pillow was terrible where I got a neck pain. Double bed with a single pillow was not good. The breakfast was average too. Definitely not worth the premium price that they charge for this average place.

Wonderful hotel and staff, the bed in my room was hard as a rock, so I didn’t sleep well.

I like everything

Great location – close to a tram stop and you can easily walk to the central station or the Grote Markt. Check-in was super easy since you can just do it yourself. I booked a superior room, which was pretty big, the bed was really comfy, and the aircon worked well. Only downside was there wasn’t even a cup in the room (not even a paper one), which was a bit annoying. Also, since the hotel’s quite big, it took me a while to find my room. But the front desk staff I spoke to were all really nice.

We visit Antwerp every 2-3 months. This is the only hotel in which we stay. It’s close to everything we want to see and do. The staff is fantastic. If you wish to pre-party, the bar is perfect. The tram stop is 200 meters away and in two stops you are in the shopping district. The hotel is also very easy to get to by car. Bottom line, we will be back in a few weeks.

Place is clean, roughly 20mins by walk from Antwerp central most of all staff are very friendly and helpful! Probably just one thing to consider the time putting on supplies on the storage as it disturbs the guests

Great hotel for those who like a comfortable bed and no frills, clean and functional facilities

Its our second time,this time our room is a city view one and its more quiet and still spacious

The room did not have a phone to contact the front desk. We had to go downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Would be nice to have cups in the room. The staff were very accomodating. The held some items in their fridge for me and heated up my food. Love, love the purple color scheme. Very quaint and pleasant boutique hotel.

Very noisy during the night with emergency vehicle sirens - dont know why they have to use them during the night when there is nobody up or out !

Great hotel

room was cold and air conditioning temperature could not be changed the staff told me is fixed by the hotel they simply offered me an additional blanket not a satisfactory solution tv only had french channels breakfast was very poor much better hotels available in the area would not recommend

Clean and tidy

great value 2* better than many 3* for breakfast & newness of course small but clever layout of rooms

The hotel room itself is spacious and nice probably just need to put a little sofa or couch and some toiletries in the bathroom but overall i like it clean spacious and friendly staff😊

Excellent rooms staff ultra helpful and friendly only downside wasn't sure where to go or put rubbish but really good plus tram stops 100m away

Very average… there systems are awful, long painfully slow checkin and after the member of staff insisting we pay for parking on check-in, only on check out being told we had not paid and must pay. Thank goodness internet banking which we could show the charge on our phone. No room amenities. Also no acknowledgement of Radisson VIP status if you have it,
