Great property

Kitchen equipment, some weee old and dirty

La administración del hotel es incompetente, el Custome Service no funciona , tuve que rentar otro hotel porque ellos nunca aparecieron con la llave de la habitación y el Nro de teléfono que dejaron para que les llamar nunca respondieron está desconectado, les avisé 8 horas antes que IVA a llegar tarde y nunca respondieron les recomiendo nunca rentar este hotel , sin contar la falta de gestión de expedían con respecto a esta situación

Very nice, family friendly area with plenty of options in regards to activities. The grounds are beautiful were very pleasant to walk around. The staff and locals are very friendly and welcoming. My family and I would definitely come back.

The outside need to be sprayed down there was alot of spider webs

Beautiful scenery. I disliked that everything was outdated, toilets were dirty, and the bathrooms smelled like old urine

Original unit booked had a ceiling leak. Management moved us to another unit right away. However the bathrooms in the new unit had not been cleaned in a long time. Rust stains in all toilets. Shower floor bad shape. Tub shower a little better but rust stained. Wiped down all the surfaces with disinfectant cleaner ourselves. Unit was a very nice layout but old carpet and couches as well as kitchen need serious updating. We have stayed at this location several time before, never any Issues and love it here.

Lots of space. Laundry room available. Walkable to the property amenities including outdoor pool and indoor pool. Great stay.

Security is a huge issue at this property had a very scary incident and the people causing the issues was allowed to stay even after behavior was addressed and the behavior still continued families with small children just be careful

Fantastic stay! Very friendly staff and there was so much to do on the property. If they updated the rooms a bit , it would be perfect .

Quite, modern condo in a nice property close to New Bern. Much nicer than expected.

The unit needs to be updated. The sofa and love seat were dirty and sunk down so much that we had difficulty getting up. The TV in the main area did not work and the toilet would not flush. We had a guest visit us and they commented that the unit wasn't well maintained. On the plus side the front office responded quickly and had a very pleasant young man take care of the non-working items.

I enjoyed staying here . My second stay and will be back again in summer.

The property was clean and decor was nice. Enjoyed the property.
