Very lovely hotel!

AMAZING hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spotless clean. The room also had a built in speaker in the ceiling to play your own music! Walking outside of the hotel and not being bombarded with city traffic (because the main street doesn’t allow cars due to the trolley) was another huge win. I can’t believe this hotel wasn’t sold out. It’s so close to all the attractions too! 10/10 will come back

The hotel is very cozy and clean. The room is spacious and well-equipped, the room is bright and the bed is comfortable. The staff at the reception is nice and happy to help with any questions or requests. We would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, and fantastic staff. I don't remember the name of the staff member who helped us, but he was a young man with glasses. He was so welcoming and gave us the perfect recommendations for food and drinks, sight-seeing, and transportation options. Thank you to him and Eurostars Lisboa Baixa!

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, and great location

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always on hand to help. We had such a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to this hotel in future!

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. Beautiful hotel rooms, perfect location and wonderful front desk staff. I will definitely stay here again when back in Lisbon. It made my stay in Portugal even more magical.

We had an excellent stay, lovely clean and modern room with all amenities. A good sized room for a central European city in a great area. Very central to get anywhere on foot within Lisbon. We mainly walked the city but excellent for getting metro and other connections. Very convienient for airport connection via metro. Reception were lovely and helpful. My birthday happened to be whilst travelling and they acknowledged this unprompted which came as a great surprise.

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great location

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very very good. Reception staff (Ana) was friendly and happy to help. Location was fantastic.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our double room was a good size, with a large comfortable bed. Although the hotel is pretty central, it was quiet at night. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the free chilled water, apples and (most of the time) champagne in reception!

This hotel is a gem. Located in the heart of Baixa. The staff helped us solve reservation problems several times. Our room was very nice and eco friendly. Its is small, which was nice.Very impressed.

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to main attractions. Plenty of food choices near by . Would stay here again .

Wonderful hotel. Very nice bath with shower. Excellent breakfast buffet and you can order an omelet . Like the location for sight seeing

Location was perfect, the road outside the hotel was managed for trams passing only making it very quiet at the time we stayed, not sure if it’s permanent. Extremely clean and well decorated, very comfortable super king bed with a large sofa. Lovely touches in reception you can help yourself to, such as cakes, fruit and champagne. Umbrellas for guest use. Staff were all friendly, the whole hotel smelt gorgeous throughout, I cannot fault anything, loved it!

Great new hotel, excellent breakfast and location. This is my second time here, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Our stay was lovely. Everything was clean and at a high standard. The location was very convenient and close by to key locations in Lisbon. I would strongly recommend staying here.
