Great hotel but food was disappointing.

We reserved a two queen room and were told that we had booked a flexible room. That is no where on the reservation that I am aware of. We had to request a roll away bed. Very frustrating.

My favorite hotel at UVA. Love the lobby and common spaces (cozy fireplace areas), the gardens are beautiful and the rooms are pretty. The restaurant was not staffed well for breakfast…so plan for extra time to be seated and served.

Our stay was perfect. I called in the morning of our arrival date and asked for them to put out something nice to surprise my husband. They did an amazing job! It was perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive and the room was clean, quaint, and just what we needed!
