Very Special stay. An exceptional interior design and the tea set (including a tea table ) in the room is a much valued plus.

Could use larger or more trash cans.

Wow, the views from my room and the pool were incredible!!

Beautiful property, no detail was overlooked.

We stayed for one night and had a great time. The staff were helpful and polite. The views of 85 sky tower and the Barbour are spectacular from the pool and the main reception area. The pool area is relaxing and also had a live band in the evening which was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable and relaxing, we had a king size room with bath tub and would highly recommend it with a great view. We will definitely come to stay again.

Das Hotel ist schön und hat einen tollen Pool mit Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. Die Ausstattung ist eher nüchtern und es gibt keine Schränke! Viele Geschäfte öffnen erst mittags. Die Gegend ist nicht sehr belebt.

酒店環境設施好， 職員服務好！

服務人員的態度和言語不夠誠懇，處理突發狀況顯得很不專業。

泳池很漂亮，酒店還免費幫我升級了，可以享用行政酒廊，有下午茶和免費的酒水，在炎熱的夏天實在是非常好的享受。景觀也很漂亮，正面對着高雄圖書館，對面就有大型的停車場，開車來也很方便。

承億酒店大部分設施都挺好的 就是覺得電梯有點卡卡的 另外不知道為什麼浴室會一直發出奇怪的聲音，我想找出原因還找不到，但聲音隔段時間就有，早上是被這個聲音驚醒的

電梯等太久。房間浴廁是開放式的，完全沒遮蔽，有點尷尬。早餐基本上食材新鮮，但是座位間隔太近、早餐食材種類選擇太少。
