Close to several restaurants and the Bella Centre

Very clean, felt safe, quiet room, friendly and informative staff and less than a block from a Metro stop so convenient too.

Right on the metro line to go downtown easily and quickly. Nice lobby and great hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. The room was a bit small and the parking ramp extremely narrow with no place to turn around. Parking is for a fee and monitored very closely.

Convenient to reach to and from the airport, easy to find. Fuss-free check-in. Appreciated the early check-in as room was ready. Free water and tea/coffee at the ground floor so that was thoughtful.

Warm and friendly check in. We arrived early but they allowed us to check in just the same. The room was great, comfortable and clean. right next to the subway stop which was very convenient to ride to the airport or downtown Copenhagen. Definitely will be back.

Absolutey phenomal experiencd. The staff was fantastic!

The staff was so helpful and friendly! We also were so thankful and impressed that they had a baby crib all set up with sheets and everything in our room waiting for us! We were arriving very late at night and they had everything ready for me to put my baby right to bed! So so helpful! I highly recommend!

My wife and I had an amazing stay as the room was very comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day. Sheets and towels were replaced as well. The WiFi was really good too. The staff were incredibly helpful.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Nice hotel well located to transport to Copenhagen central. Cleaning of the room was average and facilities could be better for example no mini fridge, or phone to call reception if needed. Restaurant was overpriced but overall clean and new hotel. Well prices.

Lovely hotel, ideally located for transport to and from both the airport and the city centre. The staff we also great and very friendly. I’ve knocked a star off for the disappointing breakfast (hot breakfast was cauliflower, scrambled egg and mini hotdog style sausage) and the pancakes were hard. That would be fine but when it costs nearly £19 per person, it’s not worth the money. I also went to reception late at night and purchased 2 bottles of ibis (home brand) 500ml water bottles, which cost nearly £8. There is a bakery next door which is much better value for money.
