Overall is excellent

Coffee maker about to brake. Chairs in dining area awfully uncomfortable.

Was almost perfect. It’ S quiet, clean and right into the historical center. The only mistake is that I dud not get the apartment I had rent but another one not so practice.

First time we have stayed at a hotel with no reception. Smooth as silk. Very Very meticulously kept hotel!.Spotless!!! My wife and i really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this hotel. We were travelling through QC to NS and needed a place with 4 teenagers. Clean, friendly great location. My teens said it was their most favorite hotel room yet

Very beautiful building and room, it’s cozy, bed is comfortable and it’s very clean. It’s a self-service with no staff on-site (entirely virtual). I absolutely love that I can text message the staff especially as a hard of hearing person.

Great hotel, room was a food size and well equipped. Location was really good as well, just a couple of minutes walk from the main street.

The stay was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and everything is within walking distance. We highly recommend it.

The location was very close to Rue Saint-Jean and Old Quebec. We loved the shower (modern, easy to use, handheld option, no leaks), loved the full kitchen- full sized fridge and stove. We liked the Roku TV, being able to login to our CBC Gem. I gave it 4 stars for the very uncomfortable, deep couch, with no end table or coffee table to place a drink on. Communication was easy! Be aware that they are no elevators and going up to the 3rd floor was more of a chore than we expected.

Excellent property everything was very clean! You just need to reserve your parking space! We did not saw any detail about that, how ever there is parking lot nearly.

Bien situé seul problème nous avions la 101 sur le bord de la porte .. beaucoup de bruit mal insonorisées. Des gens criaient dans le lobby et la chambre juste au dessus. Jusqu'à 3h du matin.

Had to chase the access codes, not sent as promised. They claim not to have my email which is dumb given I booked on-line. Parking snowed in, room not ready in time, bathroom door jammed open. Main lobby was not clean/ welcoming
