Wow what a hotel! Having a private pool on the balcony it's not something that I've experienced before, but I could easily get used to it! The staff at the hotel were simply amazing too and I really appreciated the effort they went to in decorating my room with the birthday package for my girlfriend's birthday; she was blown away by it :-) The food in the restaurant was great, although it (and the bar) is not open every night which was a shame. The location is also fantastic; it's a little further walk from the boat than other hotels but I liked how it was away from the crowds, but still with bars and restaurants mere seconds walk away & the centre of Morro de Sao Paulo still only 10mins walk. I highly recommend walking round to the 4th beach too - it's simply stunning!

Nice staff

Very clean room, fresh towels every day, private pool was cleaned every day, stunning view. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast options that changed daily. Very helpful staff.

Terrific location and hotel

Very nice hotel. The pool inside the room was clean and very nice. The room was clean and spacious. They could put some chairs in there. Breakfast was the highlight. The food was delicious and had a lot of options. The location is about 10 minutes walking to the center of town and right in front of the third beach. There were a lot of food options around as well as shopping places.

Excellent

The staff at the front desk were amazing—very helpful and kind. They provided us with great tips on places to go out, which we appreciated. We had an incredible stay overall. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!

brand new hotel, regarding the staff: all of them are really nice exept one of the girls in the reception that while the check in was really with a sour face (i came with a great vibe and happiness to be there and she was not a friendly face). she didn't help me with the online checking that you supposed to do there (it was in Portuguese and she was "mad" when i asked her help, any question i asked was followed with nails cliking on the ounter as if "you are disturbing me". the rest of the staff was really nice and helpful. cleaning level was not that great, sometime i had to call them to clean the very noticable dust and the hands mark on the sliding door to the balcony (was like that when got there). there is no cloesd closet in the room whick made my cloths to be with dust as well (was there for 9 days so my cloths was always out in the open) and no side stand next to the bed (phone and water needs to be on the floor. wifi disconnect a lot but it is like that in all places there. HOWEVER overtall great hotel and most chances are that i will go back to this hotel when going back to Morro, the room with the private pool is wonderful to have in front of that views.

Localização perfeita, vc está no meio do agito, vares e restaurantes. A estrutura da praia é nota 10, espreguiçadeiras e um restaurante muito bom! Café da manhã maravilhoso, ponto q merece 5 estrelas! O único problema foi a temperatura do banho, ficamos 12 dias , só tivemos água quente 4 dias, eu solicitava manutenção e não resolviam, isso inclui também a temperatura da piscina q deveria estar aquecida !

A pousada e linda, super limpo, ambiente agradável, funcionários nota 1000, a localização e perfeita na segunda praia. Voltaremos e recomendaremos com certeza.
