Casa is Heaven for Couples, Families, & Besties trip! Too bad Traveloka is so weird this time! We stayed at Casa Batu Belig and the staff was amazing: comfortable rooms, cleanliness was maintained, and all the staff were very helpful. The location is also great. • Motorbike rentals are available right in front of the hotel. • Minimarket is also across the hotel & one-day laundry is right next door, super recommended! • Access to various eateries and tourist attractions is easy, and no traffic jams are very important for a leisurely walk. This place is suitable for large families: • 2 types of 2-bedrooms with private pools (we booked 2 units, the kids were happy playing in the water). • 1 type of 3-bedrooms with private pool, ideal for large groups. • There is also a 5-bedroom unit without a private pool, but access to a quiet public pool is very adequate. Important note: I booked via Traveloka with the statement “Breakfast Included”. When checking in (until 12.00), the hotel received “Room Only” data from Traveloka’s partner (Expedia). All day since check-in until 19.13, Traveloka Support could not solve the problem, the reply was only via chatbot and incoming calls were only “textbook” answers that were not helpful. Traveloka even told me to pay first, then reimburse later, even though this was entirely Traveloka’s fault. 🤣 There were 4 of us and we also ordered 2 breakfasts. It took a long time to solve the problem, let alone the reimbursement hehe. Why didn’t Traveloka take care of it directly with the hotel. Why did it bother me and even said that the partner hadn’t replied. My business was only to use the facilities that I had purchased, not to pay again. My suggestion: If you want to book here, just contact the hotel directly, not through OTA (online travel agents like Traveloka) to avoid similar problems. Hopefully Traveloka will soon fix the integration with partners so that consumers are not harmed again. Thank you to Casa Batu Belig and all the staff who remained ready to help even though there was an error on the booking side.
