We loved the property!

View was nice but very disappointed that we could not see fireworks from porch as requested. They should have told us that at checking so we could have planned to attend. I missed the fireworks as a result-the only reason for going to that property.

It is was a great place to stay for memorial weekend. Enjoyed it very much. However, there was someone trying to break into the front door late at night.

Location was great, felt like it was getting run down. Had a couple tennis courts in back, completely over grown. The shower water pressure was terrible, the bed were little firm. Over all it worked for our needs, but it it needs a renovation of it's to continue. The room was dated. I am not sure I'd book again.

Beautiful ocean view! Comfortable for a family to stay.

Not quite in season yet, but the property needs the touch up business....not much money spent on keeping the property up-to-date. Needs paint and refresh.

Stayed Feb/March 2025. No heat coming out, unit 45 deteriorated, all website pictures the big old hotel next to it which leads you to believe that’s where your staying, hole in the siding with squirrels running on and out . Was repaired on the inside with a piece of wood,black mold on the window , pool out of order , spiral staircase to go to second floor bedroom very dangerous!

The location of the property was great; The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The buildings, and rooms are very outdated and run down. The heat was not so easy to navigate... there was no fitness center. and the shuttle to town was not available on Saturday.

It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room.

I requested room with view. I had view of rocks. Inside room was very clean and nice. A bit cold and its requested you keep heat to 68. Outside of building needs alot of work. Very poorly maintained. This site wont let you add photos but not surprising. Ill post in google.

We needed to change our reservation by one day. We call 5 days earlier to request the change. The gentleman said he would change it. When we arrived at the property to check in, we were very disappointed to find out that the change had not been made and we did not have a hotel room to stay in.

Everything was great the property old looking from the outside but inside updated view was amazing very quite i will stay again

The view was beautiful, and the room was huge, but it’s listed as a hotel so we were expecting the usual amenities (all actually listed on Expedia) - like shampoo and extra toilet paper - however it turns out this is more of a timeshare, so that was not provided. The hot tub was out of order, and we had a small ant problem at night - the ants would disappear during the day, but in the early morning we found a line of ants (luckily all our food was covered and sealed).

Nice clean suite. Two bathrooms was wonderful. The fireplace didn’t work and the shower head or water pressure was weak. Great location, nice view from the living room.

Unit was nice but very dated. There was a problem with little ants but not too bad. Jacuzzi was broken which was unfortunate.

Very convenient to town and mansions. Beautiful location. Great amenities with gas fireplace and 2 bathrooms.

Horrible trip ! I was never informed until physically checking in, that not only was the on-site restaurant closed but the shuttle to downtown was not operating - this was the reason we selected this resort - to safely attend the Saint Patrick’s day parade. Also hot tub broken and pool temperature very cold. The kitchen faucet sprayed out from the sprayer and soaked me. I am disgusted with this trip and really pissed off !!!

We were very thankful to have found this place. What a gem. The water view and big condo like rooms were perfect.
