The property is a bit far from the center of ayia napa but is from a walkable distance for pubs and clubs, and has a grocery store nearby. The hotel apt we were assigned were not bad but the hygiene and cleaning services of the property should be improved, we had dust in the bathroom and marks of objects that haven’t been moved for a while, and most importantly we had ants in the bathroom and kitchen. I recommend you get your own supplies to have a clean space if you are staying for a while. But after seeing some other hotel apts i would say mars mare has the best atmosphere, quiet and peaceful , you’re surrounded by greenery and you also get a balcony with chairs outside. Nice location but inside wasn’t clean, long hairs inside house everywhere.

Room not cleaned properly they only emptied the bin, needed to get fresh towels from reception myself and clean sheets, no toiletries just a small bar of soap
