A nice modern hotel, very good staff.

Very clean and tidy

Bed sheets were used and dirty. They were never changed from previous person. We found hairs and stains on the sheets. Had to have them replace them.

Staff not friendly

Lovely new hotel - that offers a lot.

Clean clean clean. Really clean. Bed sheets look and smell clean. Bathroom looks and appears clean. Flooring is clean. Lobby is super trendy designed. Great staff. Nice bar. Good breakfast with many choices. Amazing coffee in the dining area.Plenty free secured parking. Conveniently located on and off the autostrad. 3-5 minute drive to old town Modena. Will certainly stay there again.

very nice hotel for a quick stop!

I can’t say enough about our stay at RMH Modena Raffaello. Firstly, the air conditioning was the best we have had in Italy. The hotel is new and is immaculately clean, the breakfast was amazing, the wonderful receptionists were warm and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Our room was upgraded and spacious. There was even an American outlet in our room. There is plenty of parking and the ride to town takes less than 10 minutes. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

I liked the hotel a lot. I got a suite (or deluxe room) for me and my two kids. It was nice to have two rooms and everything was quite new and modern looking. The one weird thing about my room (again it’s a suite; I don’t know if this applies more broadly) is that the shower is glass on 3 sides, one of which looks into the bedroom. I am not sure what kind of customer wants the shower viewable from the bedroom, but it was in my room. Strange. The shower was otherwise excellent, with a rain shower like head as an option. The only other thing I would say is that it would be nice if they offered the king bed to be split into two twin beds (that’s what it is but the sheets are for king bed). Again, I liked the hotel. Friendly staff, good price, free parking and near to Modena. Excellent cocktails at the bar. I just question one design choice (shower) and it would be nice to make the room slightly more customizable.

Good size one bedroom suite which is comfy.

Excellent customer service. Bryan went out of his way at the bar/restaurant to make sure our stay was memorable. The hotel was by far our best stay around the area.

I had a car park view all round. The rooms were absolutely lovely and modern! Loved it, clean and comfortable. This is a 15 euro cab ride from Modena Duomo. The let down is breakfast, worse coffee I had in italy, the cafe restaurant, terrible choice of food and the smoking areas were not regularly cleaned. Other than that, genuinely lovely rooms!

This property was great! The rooms were spacious and beautiful! The staff was also super nice and helpful. We used a car to drive into town and park, great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RMH, the hotel is very comfortable and we were made to feel really welcome by staff. Hotel is ideal for business or leisure. Overall a good option

I was in Modena for 5 days on business and had a rental car so I could get back and forth to a work location. Hotel has been recently refurbished and looks brand new. Excellent restaurant. Other hotels are closer to tourist attractions but Modena is not that big. This hotel is superb and delivers great value for money.

Stunning hotel but in a remote area. Rooms are great with everything you might need. Food in the restaurant is very limited. Breakfast was good however.

The staff was very accommodating, pleasant, helpful and resourceful. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, linens of good quality, towels plentiful, blow dryer worked great, and we had 3 days and 2 nights that were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and the total price very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were to return to the area.
