Very well located, amazing staff and services, loved Milan! Well recommended.

Hotel was clean and staff was great and helpful but extremely noisy till 4 am everyday. Don’t stay here if you are looking for quiet sleep. If you are party animal this place will work for you

The rooms were clean and modern. We loved the breakfast and everyone was so friendly. Location was great for us, we did not might walking to the metro and it was just a couple of stops to the Duomo. Overall a great stay!

Great location, fantastic hotel and friendly staff.

One week stay for work, asked for and received a room facing the courtyard so it was beautifully quiet at night, staff were very friendly and professional. Place put me in mind of a 'Moxy' type hotel only a load better, great location on the canal but the less busy one. Access to public transport was easy and breakfast was nice.

Modern property. Beds are soft, breakfast is good and shower pressure is great. All in all an amazing stay.

Perfect apart from shower was broken and a bit smelly otherwise it was great !!!

Even when you pre-pay your accommodation they put a block on your bank account of €100 per night, so €300 for my stay. Then when you check out they charge you again for anything you had during your stay and one week later the block on my account has still not been released. This is a shame because this otherwise modern and progressive hotel does a great job.

Lovely hotel all around. However, we were not supplied with complimentary toothpaste/toothbrushes and body wash until we asked for it. Room is clean and bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper I would skip this hotel though as it sits right outside a few bars which have loud music and people partying making noise. Otherwise, location was good and right next to trams and metro.

Friendly staff, lovely big room, value for money, cool laid back feel! I appreciated the recycling bins provided in the hotel rooms which encouraged me to recycle and the free snacks in the mini bar :)

Considerate staff that tried to make us smile following frustrating delays that meant we arrived to the hotel a day late, lower on morale.

Amazing service, the staff are exceptional, this is the Italian hospitality that we have come to know and expect. Room is spacious and clean. Only thing I wish is if the hotel was more central location, but it is well-connected to the trams network just a short walk.
