Very clean and new. Close to transit with a direct tram to the “touristy areas” (10-15 minute ride) is only about 200m away from the hotel. Neighbourhood appears safe. We saw people walking alone well after dark. Reasonably priced. Staff very friendly but do not work after 21:00 so you have a key fob to open the front door. Suites are cleaned every 3 days (which I actually prefer). Just one very small soap and shampoo provided (enough for 1-2 showers) so you may want to bring your own. I did not take the breakfast option but it looked fairly basic. There are very few restaurants close but the one next door was excellent and very reasonably priced. The kitchenette had a fridge, hotplate and microwaves and was fully stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There are also a few convenience stores within 1-2 blocks so we got some bread, cold meat, cheese, and drinks to make our own breakfast and snacks. Overall, a very nice stay. I would go back there.

Nice and quiet location, awesome customer service

It was just what I needed for my short stay in Prague. Very good breakfast, friendly service, restaurant next door has the best hamburger in town.

Convenient to public transportation. Nice building, room was large with kitchenette and clean. I would recommend.

Overall a good property. Conveniently located and comfortable room. A bit of a sterile environment but perfectly suitable for a short stay.

Washer/dryer service is extra 300 Czk, didn't go for it.

Wondeeful stay. Staff were exceptional and always ready to help, in perfect English. Suite was clean and well-organized, stocked with everything I needed. Location was handy; immediate neighourhood was uninteresting but close enough to interesting areas. Note: the neighbourhood has no real supermarkets that I could find (only poor corner stores) and not great restaurants so be prepared, food-wise

Location was ideal as not fare from congress center

Friendly, helpful staff. Although a bit out of the city center, there's a transit stop steps away. Decent restaurant next door, and a small brewery restaurant within walking distance.

Very convenient location, just a tram away from the city center. But it's located in a very quiet and tidy neighborhood. The place was nice and quite spacious. It also came with a little kitchen which was an extra plus. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

Alles perfekt wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und das Restaurant gleich nebenan ist wirklich sehr gut.

L'abbinamento di un appartamento con colazione pronta è stata una vera rivelazione ed una comodità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La pensione è ben collegata dai mezzi di trasporto.

Mycket prisvärt och nära kongresscenter

조용하고 주변에 마트가 몇개 있고, 교통도 편리합니다.트램 정류장도 바로 있고, 먼거리는 볼트를 이용해서 불편함이 없었습니다. 3명이 같이 숙박했는데, 다들 만족했습니다. 체코분들의 특유한 소박함과 친절을 느낄수 있습니다.

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich sehr herzlich und nett empfangen. Nach kurzen Formalien wurde mir auch gleich der Schlüssel und dazu die nötigen Infos gegeben. Der Aufenthalt war nett und erholsam. Mein Zimmer war sauber und hygienisch.

Helt underbart litet ställe! Hade bokat ett enkeltrum och fick en stor rymlig studio med fullt utrustat kök. Ljusa möbler, skön säng. Skrivbord, tv bänk, rymliga garderober, stort badrum. Otroligt prisvärt. Rent, fräscht. Lugnt område. Fin frukostbuffet. Mycket vänlig personal. Ligger nära metron för vidare tur in mot centrum eller flygplatsen. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta pensionat.
