To begin my review, please bear in mind that this was my first time in Phnom Penh and I only had one night, but I wanted to make the most of it. The receptionist was very helpful and make suggestions on where to go: wat phnom, the royal palace, S21 genocide museum. The food is not that pricey, I would say the price is reasonable. They have jacuzzi but at around 8 Pm when I checked it out, it was cold and dirty. The roof top was fine. It was on 16th floor. They have restaurant at 14th floor with high windows. I ate there for lunch. One important note though: You guys need to improve the cleanliness of the bed. The room is OK, I got the one on 9th floor and let tell you the view is amazing. But regarding the bed, I found a short hair below the pillows (and I have long hair) so maybe do better next time? Overall I would like to recommend this hotel for all tourists. Oh one last note: helping guests with carrying the bags to the room doesn't seem like a culture here so you may need to do that on your own.
