The service via WhatsApp is top-notch because it's so friendly. 💖 All the staff, from the front office to the restaurant staff, and everyone else, are always friendly. 💖 I was here because my mom had an event with her swimming club, so I didn't actually stay overnight. But I was too lazy to just go back and forth to Puncak. I brought my uncle and auntie, so we booked 3 rooms: 2 double beds and a 3-bedroom for me. When I got to my room, it was leaking water from who knows where, but the staff quickly arrived, even though they only gave us a doormat. 😂 In the end, we were offered a room change, but it was already late at night, so we naturally declined because we couldn't be bothered to clean up and move again. We were offered a 2-bedroom change from the 3-bedroom. 😂 Finally, checkout was still manual, waiting, not express checkout. Thank you, you guys are so kind. 💖💖

Staying and touring at the same time, the rooms and facilities are good. Breakfast is a bit lacking in variety but tastes okay. Shuttle cars are also available for getting around, as the area is very spacious.

The WhatsApp admin is very responsive and helpful. The tourist area is okay. The swimming pool is okay. The rooms are okay.

staff were unpolite (eating during breakfast, not allowing to use billiard when there was no guest), shower not proper (too nerrow). high price didn't meet the expectation!!!!

Fun and provides a new staycation experience

Overall good for kids, only the room seems small. Even with 2 big beds. And the only place of worship is a prayer room, there are no mosque facilities for Muslims who happen to be praying Friday prayers.

The location of the hotel is not too far but it is quite cool and cold in the morning, there is even fog, the facilities are good, the swimming pool is big and there are outdoor tours too with a shuttle car, suitable for families, the food at the cafe and breakfast is also quite delicious and there is a minimarket inside too

This is my first stay at Cigwa, Strategic location that is anti-traffic jam and many choices of activities for families. But sorry for the mattress is not soft enough, for that price standard.

Everything is great, only the dinner restaurant's food is lacking. Everything else is great.

I was surprised that if you bring a child over 12 years old, you will be charged 176550 or add an extra bed 268 thousand. So 1 room is only for 2 adults. So it will be expensive if it's like this, it's better to book somewhere else. Breakfast was also asked to choose not to have a buffet. Wanting to ask for a pillow and blanket, I was charged again, I thought I had paid the charge for 1 person. Hedeuh

Friendly Staff, Comfortable & Clean Rooms. Only the bathroom has stagnant water, Quiet & cold atmosphere, Minus Restaurant & receptionist not yet 24 hours, to find food if you eat you have to go out and quite far. For the rides available at cigwa because yesterday Check in Thursday night, after swimming Friday morning waiting for the shuttle to the rides took more than 30 minutes and had to ask repeatedly finally the rides closed because the employees wanted to pray Friday so they had to wait. Overall it's ok

Nice place, looks like an old hotel but at least the building and rooms are still well maintained, the hot water bathroom is really good, the swimming pool is really spacious and there is a hidden gem swimming pool, really cool, the children's facilities are also okay, the children really like it and are very happy. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't have a buffet but the fried rice and fried noodles were delicious.

Pros: Good experience, good hospitality, many facilities to try, delicious foods, large pool, nice views, etc. Cons: There are so many mosquitoes (because in jungle area), delay shuttle car (longer time to wait than walk), many facilities are not open in weekdays, open hours at facilities till 3 pm in weekdays, slippery and sharp rocks in cave facility, etc.

The staff is friendly, the service is good, the kids are very happy, especially with the swimming pool, it's really good 🥰.

The location is quite close to the Ciawi toll road, 20 minutes via alternative road, the service is okay, the rooms are clean & comfortable, top cleanliness, complete with a supermarket. The breakfast is standard, the children's play area is quite complete but paid, the swimming pool is quite large and child friendly. It's just a bit far if you want to find a place to eat outside the accommodation.
