It's not bad but not that great.

clean room, cold AC but a bit noisy so sleep is disturbed, location in the middle of the city - everywhere is fast, hot water for bathing is great 👍

Fast check-in process, strategic location, spacious room, input for management to replace the bed sheets and bolster pillows with new ones and for activities after curfew it is better to reduce them so as not to disturb those who are resting.

Steady and very comfortable to rest.

The room is spacious enough for one/two people. It's clean.

You can add a water heater in each room.

The room smells of cigarette smoke until it sticks to the clothes, the service is not friendly. Noisy at night.

Dirty room. And the sound of the stairs reaching the room.

The spray and bed cover are dirty with lots of spots.

Quite comfortable and spacious. It's a bit less clean, lots of moldy walls, it's just so noisy for 24 hours the sound of people lifting mattresses and trolleys makes it impossible to sleep.

The mattress smells musty, got a room in the corner behind the elevator, in the middle of the night there's a lot of noise moving things around, the water heater doesn't work well and often suddenly gets cold.

Strategic location in the city center, not far from the busy center of Samarinda city.

Location in the middle of the city, the entrance is a bit inward so the environment is not too noisy, the atmosphere is lush with trees, equipped with a lift, clean bathroom.

According to the price, especially if you get it at 300 it's worth it.

Lokasi keren. Cocok untuk yang bawa keluarga dan anak-anak. Selain asri. Kamar bersih dan petugas yang ramah.

Semua Receptionist nya sangat tidak ramah (cewek maupun cowok), apa lagi pada saat check out. Saya di mintain charge sama receptionist nya yg cowok sebesar Rp 100.000 di karenakan seprai kena tumpahan air sedikit (air putih), padahal seprai dan bedcover nya saja sudah belel, dan banyak noda dari awal dan terlihat jorok. Harga kamar Rp 300.000, di mintain charge hampir setengah harga kamar cuma kena tumpahan air putih. Buruk.

Staff cowo penjaga nya penipu, gak ambil makanan kena cash, ngasih kembalian salah.
