Even though it's a city hotel... But there are bugs everywhere... It seems like the room has never been cleaned.

Nice staff but for the room ia not really clean coz the sheet is kinda dirty

The bed was full of bed bugs, when we slept the bugs were crawling all over our bodies. The toilet was dirty and yellow with crust, the floor was dirty, very bad. Even though the location is very strategic. The hotel owner should renovate the rooms for the comfort of the guests.

The receptionist and staff are actually very nice, but for the hotel, I don't know why it looks dirty and there are mites and baby cockroaches on the bed so it looks like it's clean.

Dirty, smelly bathroom, cloudy towels, no AC.

I don't think I want to book a room through the app anymore. In my experience, if I check in myself I always get a good room. If I check in through the app, I always get an old room, the AC is definitely broken! Like now.

Lots of mites/lice, AC is not cold. Luckily we were still allowed to move rooms

It's really close to Braga Street, it's really helpful for those who want a budget vacation, everywhere is close just by walking, Alun2 Bandung, malls, markets, Asia Afrika. The Best.

The bed is full of fleas. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very poor. Very inadequate. This is my first and last time staying in this hotel. Too bad.

Strategic location, you can enjoy Braga Street on foot.

starting from the flooded bathroom, the bed is full of animals, the window has no lock and is very dirty, the floor is dirty, the AC is not cold. hopefully with this assessment it can be improved. interested because the location is close to the city.

The room was scary, sleeping was uncomfortable, there were lots of unclear noises coming from who knows where, there was no bottled water or glasses provided, at least bottled water should be provided in the room as a welcome drink.

Good & friendly service, room quality is quite ok according to the price.

Towel facilities are not provided (you have to ask, just given them), there are no minerals, remote batteries are not available.

Quite expensive by Reddoorz standards Rp. 350 thousand, better look for another hotel, thank you.

The staff service is quite friendly and fast, but the cleanliness of the room is not maintained at all.
