This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such a manipulative receptionist. I was accused of staining the bed cover with lipstick and was ordered to pay a 150,000 Rupiah fine, which I didn't do. If I didn't pay, my husband's ID card wouldn't be returned. The service was terrible. The room was also dusty, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The towels smelled like they'd been lying around for a long time. The pillowcases and sheets smelled and were dusty, and they were extremely unclean. I felt like I'd been ripped off by this hotel. I definitely don't want to stay here again.

I booked a deluxe room with a window, but instead I was given a superior room without one. Even though the price was different 🙃. I asked to be moved, but they refused, claiming they were full. There was one available, but the AC wasn't cooling.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and very helpful during the check-in & check-out process.

Everything is good but there is no elevator

So far, it's safe, nice, clean, and very cool. It's just a shame there's no elevator. It's really tiring to climb up the stairs, huhu.

The lights often go out when using a hairdryer because the wattage isn't strong enough. The water runs low when showering. There's no soap and the facilities are lacking. You can't order food because it's closed even though it's opening hours. There's no elevator. Please help fix and upgrade this, thank you.

At least provide a chair in the room, I have to sit on the floor in the room to eat.

The room is worth the price. Near Indomaret, near A&W. The room is small, but there's a terrace for chatting.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is friendly, the place is clean, the location is close to the mall, and there's plenty of food. It's recommended for family vacations. In the future, water dispensers on each floor and plastic cups could be added so guests can make drinks or have hot water available if needed. Breakfast could be added as an option.

Suitable for those who want to transit here, the prices are cheap, the staff is also friendly.
