Friendly staff, clean environment. Parking is not spacious enough

The staff is quite friendly, the room is comfortable, there is hot water too, the location is strategic, okay for a first time stay here.

The towel doesn't absorb water, it's really bad. Asked for an absorbent one but there wasn't any. There was no soap either.

Been here 4 times and it's always COMFORTABLE! Bandung is the best for hotels.

Very close to the city center.

The place is comfortable, nice, clean. Too bad I didn't have time to swim because the weather in Bandung was cold when I stayed, so I chose not to swim. Overall OK. Got a good price too, next time I want to stay there again.

Hot water for bathing does not work, snacks are not prepared, rooms are not soundproof.

Good location in the city center close to everywhere. Rooms priced below 500 thousand are very okay. Only there is no breakfast

The room and toilet were not very clean, there were lots of small cockroaches. The toilet smelled really bad even though I asked the staff to put camphor in it but it still smelled. The staff were all friendly.

the mattress is an old mattress, not like a hotel mattress!! when we first arrived in the room, the floor was still wet! the mattress spray was not replaced, it was dirty

New and clean hotel in the city center and near grandma's house but there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. Hopefully in the future there will be a package for breakfast too!😉

The staff is friendly and the room is quite comfortable. There is no breakfast service but you can access food quite easily. The hot water is good, the AC is also cold. It is not spacious enough but still good and worthy
