Cannot pay using QRIS to purchase drinks at the hotel (cash only). Room is not being cleaned everyday during my stay.

There is a central room that can be used by everyone but it is also used as a smoking area. It is very uncomfortable when you are pregnant and the hallway smells of cigarette smoke.

Reception nya sih oke. Hanya saja untuk ukuran Redoorz harga 350 ribu ga worth banget dengan pelayanan dan segi kamar yang ada, karena saya pernah nginap dari harga 200 rbu naik 250 naik lagi jadi 350 rbu. Kamar nya biasa aja, kamar mandi juga biasa aja ga bersih-bersih banget. Televisi siaran nya ga jelas, trus sering mati-mati/ga ada Sinyal, mana menuju ke kamar lantai 3 ga ada lift.

AC gak dingin, view tembok, gak ada air panas. Fasilitas standar banget deh.

Kamar mandinya posisinya sebelahan dengan kamar sebelah, alhasil terdengar suara segala aktivitas di kamar mandi sebelahnya.

Seperti biasa. Kamarnya bersih, bangunannya bersih, lingkungannya sepi ngga berisik, parkir dapet walau pinggir jalan.

All and all, okay. Quiet, clean location, in a nice neighborhood. The building and rooms are also nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Of the 4 times I've stayed here, 2 times there were cockroaches in the room. It's really disgusting, yes. The suggestion is that no one can smoke in the building for anyone. Because the smell of smoke coming into the room makes you nauseous. Guests like to smoke on the inside sofas, staff smoke on the lower stairs.

Friendly service, strategic location, near a minimarket and several places to eat. The facilities are complete and the AC, TV and water heater function well. Basically recommended.

It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke inside the building. The smell of smoke came into my room, making me nauseous. Those who smoke are good on the sofa. Cleanliness is always satisfying. Only the TV can't display broadcasts. Even though the top box is on and the remote is working.
