Hotel staff is C only. The sink is not clean & there is no mirror. TV only has national TV channels, no smart TV. The car park is quite spacious because it is parked on the complex road. In general, accommodations with more than 2 floors are provided with lifts to make it easier if guests have a lot of luggage.

Kamar bersih, resepsionis ramah. Hanya AC kurang dingin. Pagi-pagi mati lampu. Untuk semua-nya the best. Murah dan recommend karena sunyi dan view bagus.

Stafnya ramah, tapi kamarnya belum dibersihkan. Masih ada handuk bekas orang di toilet dan kasur yang ada bercak noda tidak di ganti:) harapannya semoga dibersihkan lebih baik lagi ke depannya.

Kamar cukup bersih dan harum, recom buat dadakan pas nunggu dari RS Persada.

Air panas mati, air bersih gak konstan.

Kasirnya sangat jutek dan tidak ramah, pelayanan buruk banget. Kamarnya juga banyak debu.

Selimut bau pesing dan banyak debu, toilet ga bisa dikunci.

Check-in has to literally leave our ID card at the reception, no wifi and the lift is not available. Very flat pillow. Bad bugs around the cupboard and table. Good thing, the location is walkable.

Front office no attitude, seems uneducated. There is no hot water.

The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, and the place is safe around the ARAYA housing complex. Near the golf course.

The room is dirty, there is a TV remote somewhere. There is a refrigerator that is not connected to electricity, maybe waiting for lightning to cool down.

The two receptionists were very unfriendly. When I checked, I was busy playing games, when I checked out, I was sleeping. The rest is okay, the room is clean.

The receptionists are all jutek except for the girls and the koko, the location is okay, it's quiet and the door is open 24 hours, the level of cleanliness of the room should be even better.

Apologies in advance to the inn. There is 1 receptionist who is not friendly. The room is very dirty. Under the bed full of dust. The mattress also has a lot of small dirt. Desk drawer full of dirt. The wardrobe smells until I buy deodorizer. Please repair the facilities. Even though it's not a big inn, guest comfort and the cleanliness of the inn and rooms must also be considered.

An honest review, beforehand I apologize to the hotel so that there will be quality improvements in the future. Specifically for the receptionist service, the officers weren't friendly at all, instead they seemed arrogant so they lost the mood to linger (stay) there. But to be honest for the hotel facilities, complete, clean, ac joss, and comfortable for rest.

The hotel is clean, the AC is cold, the hotel is really cheap.

So sorry, tapi bener-bener not recommended. Resepsionis ga ada ramah-ramahnya sama sekali, kamar kotor banyak rambut, ada handuk kotor di kamar mandi, kamar mandi kotor dan bau, dindingnya sampai menguning 😭 mending spend money dan cari hotel lain deh 🙏🏻.

Pelayanan sangat buruk, niatnya mau liburan ke Malang, perjalanan dari Semarang nyampe Malang jam 9 pagi, jam check in jam 2 siang, saya mau check in lebih awal meskipun nambah biaya tidak apa-apa, tapi tidak di perbolehkan.

The room is clean, quiet. But if you want to find food, it's very far. For those who don't bring a vehicle, it's better to prepare everything you really need, so it's not complicated, you have to go out really far. The receptions are not friendly at all.
