the hotel staff told me to pay 100 thousand for smoking in the room, while the first time I entered the room it already smelled of cigarettes. the bathroom was dirty, not worth it by paying 324 thousand.

if you have concerns about cleanliness & health, you should not book a room here. I could only last about 1 hour in the room because. 1. when I first entered the room it smelled musty, there was no good air circulation (the AC didn't help) 2. the mattress and blanket looked dirty, had lots of stains and when I touched it, I don't know if it was dusty or from the previous occupant but it felt really dirty, and it's true that after sleeping for about 30 minutes my husband and I were itchy - this is what made us decide to check out 3. the bathroom was dirty and crusty in every corner 4. the refrigerator was full of water until it leaked out finally we decided to check out rather than sacrificing cleanliness, if there is a budget it's better to look for another place that clearly has adequate cleanliness standards. I'm sure the business owner/staff won't care about things experienced by customers like this, so we as customers have to be careful.

A very not recommended accommodation, there are traces of footboards in the room, I don't know who owns it and it smells really bad, the cleanliness is lacking, the mattress has lots of hair and stains, whether it has been cleaned or not, it seems like they don't care. And the most not recommended is the service, I checked in at 11 pm, and checked out a little past 12, usually in other hotels, even 5-star hotels, they will give tolerance for checking out until 1 pm, because you have to clean up and prepare your things so that nothing is left behind, here they even charge 50 thousand in cash, the waiters are also not friendly, they seem to be UP graduates*, they are really arrogant, have no experience in the hotel sector, don't understand anything, the waiters are in their 20s, still kids, still crazy about money, it's not that they don't accept it, it's just that this accommodation is not a 5-star hotel but it is very inconsistent with national SOP. The reason is because it was past check out time, and we were reminded to check out before 12 noon, even though the check out application allows until 23.00, there is no rule that exceeding the time is subject to cash, and they knocked on the door at 12 noon, how could they clean up the guest. At least the accommodation is not recommended. If there is a minus star, I give it a minus -10
