Enough for resting

the room is clean, but there is no chair, then in the bathroom there is only soap, and two towels, no sandals, the blanket is as thin as a sheet, but for that price it is reasonable in my opinion. the place is strategic because there is a food stall in front of it. The AC is good, there are two bottles of drinking water. I am comfortable sleeping there alone.

Sangat kecewa, tidak sesuai ekspektasi, pengalaman terburuk menginap di hotel, waktu buka kamar kasur sangat jelek seperti rongsok peer terasa, mau pindah kamar gabisa karena sudah ditempati akhirnya kasur kami balik sendiri. Waktu kami keluar sepertinya staf masuk tanpa ijin ke kamar, karena saat kami pergi tv dan ac nyala waktu kami pulang ac dan tv mati. Sangat tidak profesional masuk kamar tanpa izin, melanggar privasi. Tidak akan kami rekomendasikan ke teman atau keluarga. Berharap kemarin bisa ganti kamar atau refund ternyata gak bisa, mahal juga dengan kualitas sangat buruk. Semoga menjadi perhatian

Kamar cukup nyaman dan dapat kamar view gunung langsung. Mungkin dari segi tirai dan keran air-nya saja perlu diperbaiki. Karena kebetulan saya dapat kamar dengan keran air yang cukup bermasalah. Kadang air tidak mau keluar lewat keran bagian bawah, keluar dari bagian shower. Padahal sudah di-setting agar keluar dari bagian bawah tapi tidak keluar sehingga keluarnya justru dari shower. Selebihnya aman.

The service was okay, yet the room was not really good. I'm aware I only pay for quite a cheap room, yet bugs and mosquitos are not okay even with this price. The bathroom is a bit dirty. However, the bed is quite comfy

Comfortable, clean, prices are also friendly, my suggestion is to just repair the upper balcony.

Masa room cards can be opened with other room cards 😭. Suggestions for different room cards, sis, so that yesterday's incident doesn't happen again because someone wanted to enter the room but instead entered the wrong room I was staying in 😭🙏🏻.

Long story short, a good building is not matched by maintenance from the manager regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel buildings.
