The hotel is strategically located. However, the staff yesterday was a bit rude, even though they're usually friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The TV was a smart TV and could stream Netflix. 👍🏻

This hotel is only suitable for transit. The rooms are full of small animals. The lobby smells quite nice. For breakfast, my son asked for cereal, but there was no milk. The staff said they were out of milk. The service and cleanliness of this hotel need to be improved. Continued success, Parade Inn!

The room is just the right size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. Unfortunately, there is no deluxe smoking room with one large bed, there are twin beds and on the 3rd floor, I was in room 305. Breakfast is quite good, there is green fried rice. Unfortunately, the side dish is fish, I don't really like it. My suggestion is chicken because not everyone likes fish. Overall, I recommend it, if I have work in Kendari, I will definitely come here again.

When we checked out at 12:50 PM, the receptionist charged us a late checkout fee of 50% of the rental price, even though it wasn't even 1 PM yet. They then showed us the late checkout rates and fees on their phones, but they weren't listed on the information board like other hotels.
